Coastal beauty by marina

This property was absolutely perfect for many reasons. It was a beautiful home that offered comfortable and relaxing spaces, such as the living room, spacious bedrooms and nice porch/balcony - all appointed with nice furniture and decor. The large kitchen was great for cooking and offered many modern conveniences, such as the large refrigerator, single cup coffee maker, and large stove. The kitchen also was completely supplied with utensils, top of the line cookware and dishes. The bathrooms were also really nice and equipped with top of the line linens. We liked the locale of the property because it is mid-distanced between Aransas Pass/Port Aransas and Rockport. We had a small dog and encountered no problems or issues. There were neighbors next door, but both our party and theirs respected each other's privacy. I can't adequately detail all of the positives we experienced because I would be writing all day. Thank you for sharing this nice, nice home!!

It is a wonderful house and neighborhood. I rented the property for a Father's Day get away with my children. We had fun and there was a lot of space for all seven of us. Everything is labeled and items were is easy to find.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well keeped. Everything was labeled (which made finding everything very simple). Really the problem we had were the mosquitoes. Overall, it was a truely wonderful stay.

The spacious living areas allowed for both relaxation and socializing, making it a perfect space for groups or families. The bedrooms were a true haven of comfort, featuring cozy beds that practically guaranteed a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into ensuring every guest's needs were met – from the quality linens to the ample storage space, nothing was overlooked. The property management team was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and memorable. Their responsiveness and genuine care for their guests truly elevated the entire experience. From the charming interior to the spectacular outdoor spaces, every aspect was thoughtfully crafted to create an idyllic retreat. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and are counting down the days until we can return!
