Coastal Beach Oasis with Sunset views from 1st, 2nd, 3rd floor decks! Brand new!

Truly the perfect house in the perfect location…Five stars all around. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for providing such a sanctuary for our family vacation at the beach in Maine.

We had a wonderful stay in Pine Point. The house is lovely and with amazing touches. It was perfect for my family since we needed a first floor bedroom for my parents. The open kitchen and living space was perfect for meals and family game playing. The day and night was also enjoyable with the use of the rooftop deck. We were lucky to have clear nights and meteor showers while we were there. The location to the beach is only a short walk. The owners communicated as needed. We had a fantastic week!

We loved our time in this newly renovated, charming home just one block from beautiful Pine Point Beach! Leah is a wonderful host - she stayed in touch, gave us great recommendations, and made our stay truly memorable. My 3 young adult kids loved the roof top deck with spectacular views of the marsh and we all loved the comfortable, beachy vibe. We enjoyed using the bikes and beach gear too— Leah has really thought of everything to make your beach week enjoyable! And the neighborhood is perfect for walking with several great places to eat. All in all, a perfect summer week in Maine!

We loved this property! We traveled to Maine from South Florida for 4th of July week! We had 4 adults and 4 teens, and it was perfect.It has a gorgeous view of the marsh in the back, and it’s within walking distance of many restaurants. The beach is a block away and the house has a wagon, beach chairs, paddle boards, surf board and lots other extras! A few of our favorite features:Rooftop hangout AC units is all rooms Comfy beds Speakers in showers Rocks for painting Beautiful back yardOur host was super helpful and great at checking in and communicating. We had all we needed and more. This property is a 10/10 🦞

My family and I have spent a week in old Orchard Beach every summer for a few years now and rented various houses and this house was by far the best. The house itself is up-to-date, modern, beautifully furnished and very comfortable to hold two sets of families, a set of grandparents and children ages 8 to 16. It didn’t feel crowded and that’s key for our family! The roof deck is amazing! The access to the beach is quick and easy and a short drive to downtown is no problem. We will be back next year for sure!
