Stayed Apr 6, 2026This property is idyllic. Beautifully situated in the countryside and in close proximity to activities. The house was very clean and inviting with a large, well stocked kitchen and warm woodstove for the evening. The beds were very comfortable and we had llenty of towels for our large crew of 8. The patio area is beautiful and made for nice evenings enjoying the sites and sounds, including the adorable sheep and donkeys just across the yard. The host is very responsive, as is the onsite property manager, both lovely to work with. This was our favorite place out of 3 in Ireland and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great property.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025I stayed at this incredible property for a month with my family. Everything you could need was provided. Excellent WiFi, peaceful surroundings, and great location. We did day trips to Tramore, Hook Lighthouse, Kilkenny, Johnstown Castle, Wexford Town, Tintern Abbey, Saltee Islands, and so much more. Morning walks on the property with farm animals just living the life. Check in was a breeze, Fiona was so responsive and helpful. I miss it already and can’t wait to visit again. 10/10!

Stayed Dec 29, 2024We really loved our stay in Fiona's very charming house in the countryside of Wexford. Together with the 8 of us in total (4 couples), we have spend 3 nights around NYE. We loved the coming-home-feeling, the interior (charming), the two fireplaces, the floor heating, the history of the house and how Fiona and her sister were there for us if we would need anything. The surrounding (beautiful hikes and the beach) were great to unwind. We would love to come back!

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Large country cottage, well stocked in the kitchen for those bits that are so easy to forget. Underfloor heating a real treat. Beds really comfortable. Me and my five sisters would definitely stay there again. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the entrance off the main road needs to be sign posted as is easy to miss when you are new to the area.
