Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very clean and comfortable! It had everything you could need to take care of a family. Air conditioning was working very well. Location is a little outside of town but it kept things quiet. The pool was amazingly cool given the daytime temperatures. Trailheads for ohv riding were only 5 minutes away. Having a garage for the SXS was amazing! Will definitely stay here again.

Our one difficulty was that the television in the living room did not work, or rather the remote did not and we were unable to access apps or live TV to. The VRC rep was helpful and very responsive to all of my questions. If this is remedied for future guests, this is a 5-star rental.

There were a few issues when it came to accessing the property but that was resolved quickly. The condo appeared clean at first but the more we looked, the dirtier it was. Table tops were covered in dirt, shower curtains were dingy and ready to be replaced, and if you walked around barefoot, the bottoms of your feet would be black. It was clear the carpets hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. For the fees charged to clean the property, this was disappointing.

You could ride right from condo to the trailheads. The beds were comfy, place was clean and well equipped. The 2 car garage was awesome to park sxs’s at night. View was breathtaking, pool and hot tub was an awesome bonus. Will definitely be renting here again.

We loved coming right into the garage and parking our Jeep. There was plenty of room in the garage for more than one vehicle. The beds were super comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here and are looking forward to the next time we visit!

We had a wonderful stay at this property on our trip to Arches! It was spacious and homey and very clean. Perfect size for our family of 6.

This is a wonderful property! Comfortable, in good shape, stocked with everything you need to self cater. The community is very nice & dog friendly. Two car garage & trailer parking was possible. The property managers communicated check in / check out / other pertinent info in detail and were very responsive to questions. The whole process was painless. Would definitely recommend! One thing to note about location. This complex is a few miles south of the main part of town so a vehicle is necessary to get to the grocery store or restaurants. It allows the community to be very quiet but is not within easy walking distance of the main part of town.

Nice home with parking for our trailers. Had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner.
