Close to Sombrero Beach! Open Water Views, POOL and Dockage!

Excellent location, walking distance to beach, pool heat did not work, excellent response from management company when I asked for help, would recommend location ,house was well appointed , comfortable and clean

Very disappointed in the property. The only pthe positives were the location and the pool. This place is so shabby and dirty! Furnishings should have been replaced years ago; nothing says beach or tropical about this place. Everything is a hodge-podge of equipment! Kitchen was very disorganized with piece meal dishware and small appliances; this place hasn't been organized/updated in some time. So glad we saw this place before selecting a long term rental; nasty!

We had four adults and three kids five and under on our trip. The house fit our needs and the heated pool was a huge hit! The proximity to Sombrero Beach (along with other places like the grocery stores and other keys) was very convenient. We thought the kitchen could be updated but it had the essentials like pots and pans. We had a few questions during our stay and tried to contact Jessica, our agent, but we never received responses back on the pre-established text line (that’s why communication didn’t get five stars). One question was when to put out the trash because we didn’t see the info in our packet but someone else pulled the trash cans out for us. Another concern was the pier/dock. The boards are looking worn and may need to be addressed soon. There were also cracked deck boards (most likely from sun exposure) on the upper deck of the house. Overall, this house fit our needs and we had a great trip.

Great location but had AC break down two times in three days Jessicia the property manager was awesome. AC company tried to fix bad AC very hard to sleep in 87' temp. We ended up moving to a different house. Jessicia worked very hard to save our family vacation. Advice to owner house need some TLC.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Location was near perfect. Half way between beach and supermarkets made going to the beach and feeding the family a breeze.

Great place to relax and disconnect from the normal go-go-go life. Nothing much to do besides waking up late, chilling by the pool, and enjoying quiet time with the family

The house has a nice decoration, a welcome gift , clean and comfortable, it was a very pleasant family vacation.

House and location were great Pool was perfect The beach down the road is excellent. House felt comfortable I highly recommend this spot

The house is beautiful. The pool is even better! We stayed 7 years ago, before the pool, and it was great then. No need to go to the beach. Was a little disappointed that the house did not contain little things like TP, trash bags from the previous renters (we always leave leftovers for the next people). Maybe its a Covid thing?? The floor vent in the upstairs bedroom is/was broken. Little tricky navigating it in the dark at night. Overall, wonderful place.

This property was just as described, a lot of the furniture was dated. House was beautiful, disappointed to see discarded flower potsand some trash in the water at the dock area.. Gorgeous views from the top deck. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
