Close to Prescott Square,2 Pools,Playground,Tennis,Pickle Ball,Trails,Wildlife

The property was very good!! Lot of nice amenities like pickle ball court, swimming pool & play area where my kids enjoyed a lot!! Was very near to Prescott downtown as well !!

Host was easy to contact. The house was cute and located in a great area.

The host kept in touch and anticipated all the questions that could pop up. The home was beautiful and is surrounded by pines. The fireplace is awesome and the host decorated it for Christmas including a Christmas tree which was extra special. They sweat the details!

It had plenty of space for everyone in all the rooms. Garage fit our car with extra space. The family enjoyed the indoor pool and pickleball court.

Nice home to enjoy the Prescott area. Large enough for three couples to enjoy. Good communication and easy check in. Home needs a good cleaning- kitchen and floors were quite dirty and dust/cobwebs dripping from vents and fans. Food splattered on kitchen backsplash. I understand paying a cleaning fee but expect a clean home when I arrive.

Host was accessible. Place was well stocked, better than our old time share. Beautiful place on the pine trees. The indoor pool was very Clean and big enough for laps. Overall a great experience.

Great location, ample space. Beds were decent but king size bed in Master’s suite is very high. It was a bit challenging to get into/out of for a short person:) Overall, nice place to stay, but it could use some sprucing up. That being said- it would be great for a family….

Great stay, plenty of rooms on three levels. Plenty of privacy. Access to the pool was great for those that chose to swim. Very convenient to many locations including The down town area. Thank You

Great location in a neighborhood, but also in the pines. Nicely decorated and plenty of patio space on each level. We used the pool and pickleball courts during our stay.

This is a great location and neighborhood. The house was not the cleanest and has an ant issue downstairs with other miscellaneous bugs throughout the home as well. I did address this with the owner and did get some positive feedback on taking care of the issues. Overall, this did workout for the family for the long weekend we stayed here. Not sure if we would stay here again though.

We love that we have enough space for the entire family when we’re in town. Definitely a home away from home feel at this rental. Nice amenities to keep the kids busy too.

Stayed hear for the week while we got our son settle in at Embry Riddle for his freshman year. Like the location and amenities.

We needed a place to stay for our Family Reunion visit. This place was perfect for families with children. The play ground was literally right next door. The outdoor pool was right next to it and so was the indoor pool. A bonus was having deer walk thru the property multiple times!

Nice place would stay again.

House was perfect for the weekend.
