perfect place, everything is superb. house is just right size for our family and beds are comfortable, everything are high quality and well maintained.

great spot, clean, had everything we needed

Had everything we needed for a stay of a couple of days. Comfortable and well-equipped.

Big dining table to eat at. All the rooms felt spacious. The stores that were needed were close by. Quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the grass and small yard in the back. The hosts were quite nice. We stayed a week and it was nice to be able to do laundry. The kitchen was stocked for the most part- wish there was a few more basic pantry items like cooking oil, flour, etc. It was a great stay. I would definitely stay again.

This is a great property. Very convenient to everything around Grand Junction. We would definitely recommend this home.

Our stay was wonderful. The neighborhood was very quiet. We were close to shopping in Grand Junction, and also able to quickly get to Colorado National Monument for hiking. The house has plenty of room and a nice private back yard. Kitchen was well equipped. We were very comfortable there, and would stay there again on our next visit.

Very nice well kept property. Decent location. Well stocked, great amenities. Very nice backyard. Nice quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Nice to have a clean/ open two car garage. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Furniture was really nice and tons of drawer space was great. Swamp cooler and fans are not enough to keep up with grand junction summer heat. Master bed frame is extremely squeaky and hard to sleep. Kitchen sink drain is rusted out and needs replaced. Whatever the weird rug things are in the bathtubs are gross and should be thrown out.
