They layout is very children friendly and our host was super supportive for the grandchildren. The property is very clean and family oriented, quiet neighborhood and close to anything needed. Would highly recommend.

Stayed Sep 27, 2024Exactly as advertised. Very clean, beautiful porch with excellent view, lots of space, quiet neighborhood close to the university. We were in town for a family wedding and we’re no more than 10 minutes from all the venues.

Stayed Aug 12, 2024Sharon, our host, was wonderful. She was very prompt with responses. You could tell she wanted our stay to be terrific. The house was ideal for the needs of our family. We had four adults and two children (4 years and 6 months). There was a pack and play and numerous toys and books for children.The kitchen was fully stocked with all one could need. The entire house was very clean. We enjoyed the front porch for family visiting. We would stay there again when visiting our family in Fort Collins.
