We loved this rental. Perfect fit for our group of 8 plus a 2 year old. This home was spacious, clean and perfect for our stay. We were having a toddler birthday party during the day and an Easter egg hunt and get together the following day. Not only was the house spacious with plenty of living space inside but there was a huge outside area for games and entertaining. We had 2 small dogs and the enclosed living space was perfect for them. We were close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping yet the home had the feel of being more rural. It was on a quiet street with little traffic.Our host was extremely attentive and responded quickly. I could tell immediately that they were family oriented and encouraged family get togethers. The kitchen was so nice with spacious fridge and lots of pots, pans, and utensils. Loved this rental!

House was very clean and very well stocked. Both indoor and outdoor had great gathering areas for out group.

Nice quiet place to stay. Close to wedding venue

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property, we had our 3 grand children, and their families. They layout is very children friendly and our host was super supportive for the grandchildren. The property is very clean and family oriented, quiet neighborhood and close to anything needed. Would highly recommend.

This is a perfect place to stay while in Fort Collins. Our family enjoyed the space for a family gathering before and after a wedding. We especially appreciated the fire pit the last evening. .

Exactly as advertised. Very clean, beautiful porch with excellent view, lots of space, quiet neighborhood close to the university. We were in town for a family wedding and we’re no more than 10 minutes from all the venues.

It was beautiful and perfect. We rented it for a small family wedding and I couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out my husband and I had a wonderful time and it was so so beautiful!!

Sharon, our host, was wonderful. She was very prompt with responses. You could tell she wanted our stay to be terrific. The house was ideal for the needs of our family. We had four adults and two children (4 years and 6 months). There was a pack and play and numerous toys and books for children.The kitchen was fully stocked with all one could need. The entire house was very clean. We enjoyed the front porch for family visiting. We would stay there again when visiting our family in Fort Collins.
