Close to Mount Rushmore. Next to lake, Great home base. Very clean n comfortable

Great location for everything we wanted to do. Very clean, comfortable bed, great chairs for watching football!! Communication was excellent.

Everything about this place was perfect for our stay which included golf and hiking. Very spacious for our party of four and would highly recommend to anyone. Communication with property owner was very good and everything was as advertised.

This place was perfect for our Labor Day weekend in the Rapid city area. The house was very clean and the location was perfect for us. The garage/mancave was a great place to watch some football and play the games that were in the garage.. we would definitely stay here again.

We were impressed from the moment we entered the property. Everything we anticipated amd way more fun. A garage game room that kept our family entertained into the late nights and a super movie collection.Fantastic communications and arrangements with a generous and kind owner. Access to the entire property and accommodations for our two adult kids vacationing with us.Great access to the entire western SD region. Although the neighborhood is a bit awkward and underwhelming, it is a property to enjoy the surroundings and turn inward to relax and entertain.

My family had the best time! The house was everything it showed and more! The game room was a big hit! I loved the quiet of the neighborhood!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Chase’s home. All the amenities were as advertised. Location was central to our target areas of Mount Rushmore, Badlands, Crazy Horse, Deadwood, Spearfish Canyon and more. If we had been there more, we would have utilized his games area and campfire pit. Chase was always quick to respond with answers and offers of help. Definitely recommend. The Colvins

This house was very home like with all of the items we needed for the week. It was so nice coming back to a comfortable home base after each day of adventures in the black hills and badlands. VERY CLEAN!

Property was exactly as listed, very clean. Located where most attractions were 30 to 40 minutes away. We had a air conditioner that malfunctioned, a new unit was put in within 2 hours. Excellent host and very personable, we appreciated it.

Great location and home... was perfect for out trip for this years Mt. Rushmore Classic softball tournament. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location near Canyon Lake and Meadowbrook golf course! The house is perfect for 4 adults! House was very clean. The garage entertainment was fun as we had some local family members come over to hang out and play darts pool and ping pong! Would definitely stay here again!
