Close to Hiking & Dtwn: Mtn-View Prescott Home!

House was easy to locate, close to downtown/shopping. Neighborhood was nice, felt safe walking with my kids. The house was fair for the price point. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools/platters etc. we had some trouble with the heater but the owner was responsive and brought over a few plug ins. The coffee make was broken both the brewing pot and kcup side. We had to run out to buy a coffeemaker, there were no papertowels and only used sponges. If you like a firm bed you’re in luck all 4 beds are super firm. All in all it worked for our needs for the weekend and Prescott is a really beautiful place to visit in every season.

The location and neighborhood are great. The house design allowed seven females to comfortably stay. The Mountain view from the deck was wonderful. We were not able to reach the property manager to let her know there were not enough towels and the split unit was dripping. This is a nice property we would stay at again if the communication during the stay improved.

Great place to stay

The property itself wasn't bad. There were no directions for the electric fireplace(one of the reasons I booked this place) once we got it started it didn't put out heat because it was sitting too low. The heating units barely worked at all so we spent the weekend in sweatshirts and jackets. The kitchen didn't have an type of mixing bowls and no directions for the coffee pot, it brews grounds and k pods. The house definitely could've been cleaner and the chairs in the dining room looked like they were picked up on the side of the road! One even has a large hole in the back rest and most of them had nasty stains!!While looking through the cabinets I found mouse poop. I get that mice get in the house but it looked like it's been there awhile. In the 1/2 bath was a sign that says if you run out of TP text. I texted the contact regarding the problems with this rental and never heard back. There were 5 adults in my group, you think they could leave at least 1 extra roll of TP!! We had to go buy our own so we took them with us when we left! Just not enough words to describe how disappointed we were with this rental!

It could have been a little cleaner there was dentures and water in the downstairs bathroom upstairs bathroom had old makeup the master bedroom upstairs to lock on the sliding window was broken the TV downstairs we couldn't watch TV the entire weekend because it would not work

The house was well cleaned and cared for and the Evolve team worked with us based on our arrival time. There was plenty of space, towels, bedding etc. They did their best to create privacy but the back of the deck was against the driveway and a road. over all it was a relaxing stay close to shopping, hiking and downtown. And I would stay here again.

Location was great a little bit away from downtown but only a 5 minute drive.

The kitchen was big enough to cook for my family, along with the dining area. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice as well. It was everything it was advertised, close to town yet remarkably quiet. We were able to spend some quality time together as a family and everyone appreciated the pleasant accommodations.

Excellent location and accommodation. Management failed to send check in procedures and access door code causing delays and inconvenience.
