My only comments would be to please have a container of ice melt in the garage, as the driveway is on a slant and was a sheet of ice.

Beautiful cozy home. Very close to everything. Heat worked great during our winter trip.

The home was beautiful and clean. The only issues I had is that the day I arrived it was not snowing. It snowed a few days before. The drive way was not cleaned of snow and the deck was full of snow. I couldn’t access the decks at all or the outdoor grill because it had a few feet of snow there. I was not allowed an early check in or a slightly later check out. Anytime I have requested this with other owners they allowed at least an hour or two.

Overall, we had a good time. It was a very nice place. If anything wasn’t too great, It was that the heat never really warmed up the bedrooms. I don’t know if the ducts have to be cleaned or what. And the TVs in the bedrooms didn’t work they came on, but you couldn’t get any reception on them but overall like I said it’s a very nice place and we had a good time. Thank you.

We spent Thanksgiving week here as a family of four and really loved our stay. The house was clean, spacious, had a stocked kitchen for cooking, cozy big TV room, and access to streaming services was a plus. The neighborhood was quiet and felt secluded despite being close to a lot of houses. The host was responsive and friendly, quickly resolving an internet issue when we arrived and allowing us a late checkout upon departure. We’d definitely stay here again!

Very quiet neighborhood, (ensure not to use waze as that will put you a bit beyond it on the road). Very clean house as well as well stocked on appliances; with the exception of the bbq needing a deep clean but that worked very well for our birthday steaks. Will return with how well laid out and how clean the house was. We enjoyed it being in a quiet neighborhood, but still very close to south lake and all the activities in the area for our birthday weekend getaway.

Screen door on one of the sliders was off leaning against the wall on the deck. The cabinet door under the sink in bathroom off the hall fell off loose hinges. Overall a very good stay and would use again.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and enjoyed wine on the deck in the pine trees. It is in a very quiet area and yet close to town. It could use a little updating, but all in all a great vacation place.

Had a mini family reunion. Place was very clean and comfortable and located close to anything and everything in South Lake Tahoe. Great stay!

I visited with my family- 6 adults and one toddler. We loved the common living space- lots of space for spending time together.

Property was as described - quiet area - just FYI the driveway is very steep! Beautiful rental within minutes of downtown Tahoe.

The property is in a good location. The floor plan is excellent! Be aware of little mice. If you are afraid of rodents, stay away from this property. You’re gonna hear them all night long, due to lack of deep cleaning because they’re all over kitchen area. There is a big gap between appliances and cabinets in the kitchen island area which is a food bank for these little guys. The beds are uncomfortable, especially the master bedroom (deformed mattresses and flat pillows). Bring your own bed sheets and pillow tops. Also, bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and soap or body wash because it’s not provided. The carpet has a bad smell, especially on the stairs when you walk in. The house is built nicely and it’s in a good location, but unfortunately a management company like this one is very unresponsive and they are ruining vacations.

We were three couples , ages raging from 67 to 81, we had five wonderful days at thisDelightful place , very well maintained , owner responded to our needs and questions almost immediately. Exceeded or expectation. Highly recommended place .

This place was perfect for a family Tahoe trip. The open kitchen and living room area is SO spacious with lots of great light. We loved the couch with the lazy Susan table. It was great for playing board games and sharing snacks while watching Netflix. The bathrooms were super clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Communication with the property managers was quick and easy.

I've been coming up to Tahoe for many years, both summer and winter. This is one of the best homes I've stayed in. Would highly recommend.

The overall comfort this property provided was top level. Gorgeous and spacious open concept for kitchen, living, and dining room. Comfy bedding and functional bedroom setups with tv’s in every room. Big plus for my kids! There was still snow in the surrounding area and decks so we didn’t have to travel for a bit of light snow play. Everything was so clean too. This is a perfect place for families or larger groups.

Lovely home. Perfect for families. Garage is a bonus for ski gear.

Great location especially for heavenly. Loved our stay. The check in and check out process was a little confusing, multiple things posted in the house with conflicting information as well as the instructions that you receive via email. Wifi password is not anything that is posted or given to you. Had to reach out to the property manager to get the password, and they gave me the wrong password for the wrong wifi. I had to figure that out on my own. Once you get past all that. It is a great place to stay.

Excellent location and an amazing home.

We love the house, the location is great in general all very well I would just pay more attention to the detail of the cleaning.

Overall, it was a great space and close to everything we needed. Loved the big open living room/kitchen which provided plenty of space for our group of 8 people. We had a hard time getting the front door open but was able to get in and out through the garage so no issues there. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the house and great communication from host.

The house was great. Easy to get to, yet secluded. Nice to hear the stream running across the street. Even watched a bear peruse the greenery. The updated kitchen was nice. House could use a few small TLC fixes (toaster didn't work, toilet flushers need to be held down, carpet is a bit past it's prime) but nothing that really impacted the trip. One small ask of this and all hosts - please provide an HDMI input to the TV. For those of us that travel with our own devices it's nice to be able to access an input. I know, first world problems! :)
