Location was fabulous, extremely convenient to all Sumter Landing has to offer. The furniture was a bit tired, lacked support, mattress in master was fine, extremely well stocked kitchen.Down Home property mgt was superb.

Reviewer Comments: Extremely close to Sumter Square, about a 5 minute walk.The house was very comfortable, clean and stocked with all the cooking essentials.The bathrooms were very clean and there was definitely enough towels.I have stayed in the villages before and this is by far the best location and it has all the amenities anyone could want.I would stay here again, no question.

Reviewer Comments: Villa was clean and excellent especially with the pool across the road. but we had bad weather and the tv was very poor with no streaming channels , current films or BBC current news I think the owners should look into this

Stayed Oct 21, 2022Lots of fun in the pool. Loved the Sumpter Square with the music and restaurants. We liked riding around in the golf cart. Fun fun fun! I needed a vacation after the vacation. ?
