Stayed Aug 13, 2023This Eastham house was a wonderful home-base for our three-generation family vacation. We enjoyed eating inside or outside. The kids loved playing in the yard. We were close enough to the very popular Nauset Light Beach (which has a small parking lot), that we could easily go over for just an hour or two at the start or end of the day. The basement is very well stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, yard games, boogie boards, bicycles and more - they are well organized and well maintained. So, while you will have to pack your own sheets and towels, you will not need to pack lots of beach gear. And there were also board games and puzzles, which was much appreciated on rainy days.

Stayed Aug 14, 2022This house showed such pride of property and heart. We loved the beautiful back patio and the open layout in the living area. Convenient to everything we wanted to do during out week. Many guests loved the rock painting station! This house has room to spread out while still bringing everyone together.

Stayed Jun 27, 2021The homeowners of this property have gone above and beyond!! We have been renting on the Cape for 20 years and this beautiful home was our favorite! The location, the cleanliness, the amenities at the house that are there for your use are too much to list! The owners must have been renters because they have thought of everything and it is there! We would definitely love to rent here again for years to come!
