Close to beaches, Spacious, Large private yard, Family-Friendly Neighborhood

We had a great fun and relaxing week!

Very nice house, big enough for our family. Kitchen fully equipped. Easy communication with owner. Nice neighborhood. Walmart and grocery store very close. The closest public beach is about 2 miles away, and parking is not easy. Very happy about our stay.

Loved our week in Falmouth. Property is in a great location and in a quiet neighborhood; close to beaches, great restaurants, downtown, and baseball (nothing better than Cape baseball). Plenty of space. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, knives, etc if you want to eat in. I would suggest buying a beach pass if you are planning on beaching it most days. You will pay for the pass in four days of paying as you go and have access to more beaches. Having access to a garage was great when bringing bikes, beach chairs, etc. This property does not provide linens as part of the standard rental fee. We were able to borrow king sized linens but that might not be possible for some people. Other places we have stayed have supplied linens but require you to strip beds and maybe start laundry before checking-out. Maybe that would be an option since not everyone has access to king-sized linens. We were not able to check-in on time as the cleaning crew was not finished. Was not a problem for us as we knew the area and found something else to do but might be a problem for others if it happens too often. Wonderful spot and hope to return another time.

This was a great house and Chris was very accommodating. Great Harbors is a fantastic community! Perfect for every age and very welcoming. Would definitely book again!

We (family of three) spent one week in the house in the secound week of July. The house is very spacious and would be suitable for up to 4 adults and 4 kids. You will find everything in the house that you need for a great stay. Chris is a good host and always very fast responsive. We enjoyed the stay a lot.

Our experience with our rental property can only be described as exceptional. The location is ideal to explore the beaches of Falmouth as well as the unique shops and restaurants and take day trips from Woods Hole to the islands.. Pristine is probably the best word to describe our vacation home. We use this word HOME as the owners supplied everything to ensure a comfortable stay. We would go back again tomorrow.
