Just steps from the front door you will find yourself at the wonderful Cook Park& some great coffee spots for that morning coffee.

This home is in an impeccable location! Just moments from your doorstep you will find the gorgeous Cook Park.

Elephant Park, The Aquatic Centre & some great walking tracks are also very close by.



In a short 10 minute walk you will find yourself in the Orange CBD, where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, shopping, bars and more.



Anything Grows Café & Zona Restaurant are just a few blocks away and are both wonderful for a bite to eat!

Our famous vineyards and cellar doors are as close as 5 minutes by car.
