Clearwater private home with pool - 4 miles from beach. Sleeps 7, 2 bed, 1+ bath

Perfect for the 4 of us. Pool was great as well as the property. Beds very comfortable! Very clean felt right at home. Decor was nice as well. Nothing negative to say at all! Thank you for sharing your hime with us. Would absolutely return!

We stayed here for a week for family vacation with our 3 teenagers. It was a beautiful home and the private backyard with the pool was amazing to have!! The host was super nice and always responded in a quick manner if we had any questions. The little things like shampoo, conditioner, soaps, laundry soaps were there to use, and that was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!!

I thought this property was perfect for my family. Nice and cozy. The pool has some leaves, but we cleaned out the leaves and swim in there with no issue. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in Clearwater.

Definitely value for the money on this property. It was VERY clean and had just received new exterior paint; looked great. The pool was clean and nice. The location can’t be beat. It was a short drive to the beaches and plenty of local stores to stock up or dine out. Plenty of board games for the family.Areas to consider: It is an older home. Doors difficult to shut/open. No place to set or hang the hairdryer which made be nervous about it falling in the sink or toilet. Front Door handles were too loose. It had maybe a roll of toilet paper and 1/2 roll of paper towel waiting for us, so you’ll need to make a store run within hours. We ran out of supplied kitchen garbage bags within 4 days. The second outdoor restroom wasn’t used but it was available for pool users. That can make the indoor bathroom busy; especially if you have kids that are nervous about using a toilet or shower with geckos, insects, and animal life. :-)Overall great stay.

Great host

Cozy house and a great location that's close to everything you need for vacation. There was ample room for 5 adults and a teen to all spread out comfortably. If you ever have any questions, the owner responds very quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a cozy, comfortable place to come back to between adventures and the pool was so nice when we didn’t feel like going out and about.

This property was great! It was clean, looked like the pictures, and in a convenient location. I came with a friend for Phillies spring training. The host was responsive and it was an easy check in. The only minor suggestions for improvement that I have is to provide more bath towels and toilet paper. There were only 2 towels available and the toilet paper rolls provided were all partially used, so we ran out quickly and had to buy more.

For us, we enjoyed the location because it was close to family. However, much deeper than that, it’s a great location that is central to other towns- quick drive to Dunedin, St. Pete, Tampa, etc. The convenience of having a washer and dryer is unmatched. There were board games (we didn’t partake due to age of our kiddos) but also small toys my boys loved. The basic items that I didn’t even realize were there before purchasing our own- mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash- dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent, salt/pepper/ etc. Having a full kitchen with cooking utensils and items ready for our arrival was very nice. The pool and outdoor items were well kept. We didn’t even realize there were some floaties and again brought our own. You can really tell they made a conscious choice to make it easy on the guests staying. Host has been easy to communicate again, and we hope we get the chance to stay at this location again in the future.

My only complaint was the pool was a little cloudy our entire stay until the day we were leaving. Otherwise it was the perfect little house for us. I do wish there was another TV in the second bedroom. My kids fought over the living room TV at night. But the location was near stuff, and we loved sitting outside in the backyard. Definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was comfortable and welcoming. The backyard and pool was where we spent most of our time - we couldn’t get enough of the cool breeze and relaxing atmosphere! There were tons of floats, board games, and even books for everyone, as well as a convenient outdoor bathroom. Our only wish was a clothesline to hang wet towels and suits on to dry out back or the sunroom. If I ever go back to Clearwater, this will be where I stay!
