It's a real treasure in the keys considering the enormous pool size and amenities for just a dozen or so rental homes. It appears the pool and common areas were designed to accommodate a much larger building project of 100 or so rental homes, but for whatever reason, construction seems to have ceased after phase 1. So for a few rental homes, Marlin Bay's undeveloped property serves up quite an incredible deal with its large marina, pool, club house and other common areas that were initially designed to accommodate hundreds of guests. Overall, it's a luxuriously expansive property that provides a quiet, secluded, and well appointed retreat right in the middle of Marathon Key.

All Marlin Bay personnel were extremely polite, professional and friendly. I give this facility an A+. There are cheaper places to stay but I doubt there are any nicer.

The virtual tour they provided was extremely accurate. However, they did not suggest the great ambience of the place. The place is fantastic! Every thing was superb: the pool, hot tub, pool side bar, kayaks etc. The house makes us want to return. BTW we had a family of 6 with 2 others for NYE. FANTASTIC.
