Stayed Dec 26, 2025Dirty apon arrival, kitchen was in total disarray, bathtub was black, shower curtain was filthy. Both front and back yards were littered with cigarette butts and beer cans. The entire florring was buckled from water damage. Covered parking was a mess. We stayed here two years ago and we're fine with the older furnishings because the price was low but this property has deteriorated a lot since then.

Stayed Oct 12, 2025Floors throughout the house were in disrepair, buckled like ocean waves, vynil pieces disconnected and could be easily pulled up. So much buckling, it was easy to trip over vynil piece edges. It seems to be the subflooring where the problem is. There may have been major water damage. This probably means mold. Bad smell. Tried to open windows to air out but most windows were not openable. Any window I could open, I had to close immediately because of all the dirt and cobwebs. One window had panes covered with dead flies. Many of the blinds were broken. Most or all caulking was yellowed, dirty, and completely cracked. So there might as well not have been any caulking. Carport was dirty and trashy. Had to walk through that to get to back door where there was no doormat. Cigarette butts on back steps. No kitchen towels. Table for six but there were exactly 3 forks in the utensils drawer, and I think 2 spoons. Stains in sink. Listing professes there are imperfections, like frayed furniture. In comparison to all this disrepair, which is far more than imperfections, the furniture was fine. I was so uncomfortable being here, I left at 530am.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025I had a decent stay here, mainly as a place to play games with friends the days leading up to my wedding, but this vrbo was very poorly remodeled with loose boards and only halfway working lounge chairs, the enormous back yard was poorly maintained and dirty. This vrbo did its purpose of providing me a place away from my bride before our union but if I actually wanted to stay here any longer I do not believe I would have found my stay adequate.
