Clean home suitable for 2 families. Quite street with large yard.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated home in Goulburn. The house was incredibly spacious and had more than enough room for all of us to relax comfortably.The location was perfect on a quiet street, which made for a peaceful and restful stay. The home itself was spotless, very tidy, and had everything we needed. The linen was lovely and soft, and the beds were comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out.Communication with Tracy was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She went above and beyond by turning the heating on before we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch, and she also provided great recommendations for places to eat and things to do around Goulburn.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay.

Host communicativeThe blinds in the lounge room and the ensuite are broken and disintegrating. The house gets hot during the peak of summer as there is no air conditioning and the bedroom with the ensuite has no fly screens on the windows so can’t be opened for fresh air without bugs coming in. Otherwise comfortable, adequately equipped and suitable for our needs.

This house was perfect for our Mother’s Day weekend - with plenty of room for 2 couples and one family. It has been beautifully renovated and was clean, inviting and cosy. Communication with host Tracy was good and check in was easy.

The house was very well appointed, clean and spacious.I would have thought bath soap, maybe even shampoo and conditioner would be provided but it wasn't a big deal. Everything else was lovely and the backyard is perfect for kids

Locates in a quiet neighbourhood and nice, home like stay.

Four patchworkers on a sewing retreat in Goulburn, each with our own room, sharing 2.5 bathrooms and ample communal space. We loved it and we're already looking forward to staying here for next year's retreat. Street is narrow and the driveway entrance a little snug but we managed. Could use a solar powered light at the front door to aid in locating the house and avoiding the hazard of the tap in the lawn beside the driveway, at night. A great place and the box of Easter eggs on the kitchen table were a nice touch.

We choose to re-visit this property as it offers plenty of space for adults to have seperate areas, bedrooms and televisions. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and we were able to cook for our family.

Never judge a book by its cover, this home inside is lovely although plain outside.
