This home is beautiful and clean. Host was accommodating and friendly, providing all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The area was quiet and close to shopping, grocery, and a large selection of restaurants. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend!

Clean lodging, easy to access our Hulu TV service, excellent communication with the owner, quiet setting, and good access to Johnson City.

I stayed at this cozy basement apartment for 8 days while working nearby at JCMC, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place. The location was super convenient — just a few minutes from the hospital and close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants.The apartment was spotless, quiet, and really comfortable. The bed and linens were great, the WiFi was fast and reliable (which was a must for me catching up on work), and the kitchenette had everything I needed for quick meals. I also appreciated the private entrance and parking — it made coming and going so easy.The hosts were wonderful — they checked in to make sure I had everything I needed but also gave me total privacy. It really felt like a home away from home, which made a busy work week so much easier.I highly recommend this spot for anyone traveling to Johnson City for work or a longer stay. I’ll definitely book again next time I’m in town!

Was in town for a nascar race. I didn’t realize when I booked it that it was the lower level of a home. But turned out to be perfect. We never heard the host above us. She was very prompt with responses and eager to answer questions. The space was very clean. Had no weird smells. In a charming and quiet neighborhood. We loved it.

The proximity to ETSU was great. Communication with host was quick and helpful. There's a private entrance and the apartment is on the lower floor. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Worked well for us.

My wife and I stayed at this rental for 1 month while we rotated at JCMC. It was a great property in a quiet neighborhood. We loved having our own private entrance and private driveway. Overall, great experience. Would stay again!

This place is ideal for a single person dwelling if you want to avoid a hotel. It was comfortable and relaxing, conveniently located relative to places in Johnson City. I had space to cook, set up a home office and lounge about. The neighborhood is quiet.

The place was a remodeled basement. It was musty. Decent enough but cramped in the bathroom and kitchen area. It's over furnished. It's wasn't as clean as I would expect when we showed up. The two issues I addressed with the host were fixed the same day. I appreciated that. She was easy to talk to when needed and a nice person. She also let me unload my bike in the yard . Made it much easier.

We hope to return next year.
