Check in and communication was great.There were no kitchen towels only thin paper towels. No kitchen amenities such as salt and pepper or sugar. A mister coffee machine - bring your own coffee. There is one bottle of 3-in-1 shampoo conditioner & body soap and there are two bathrooms. The towels were clean tho. One outlet didn’t work and one sheet had a hole in it. The neighborhood near the Falls is a little rough and it is still a far walk to the Park and further to the falls. We did really enjoy the Niagara falls and I was grateful the check in and communication was really easy.

Came to visit Niagara Falls with my husband, brother in law and his partner. The neighborhood looks like it is in transition with empty lot next door but it was very quiet and we had no problems. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything was spotless. Location is very convenient to everything we wanted to see.

The actual place was nice, spacious, comfortable, clean. The location was worrisome due to the multiple abandoned and boarded up, and unkempt homes in the neighborhood.

The place was in a great location. It was hard find because it sits off the road. However, if you look past the other houses you will find it. Communication with the property manager was great. We had an issue with

The house is fine if all you need is a place to crash, although if someone is in the unit next door you will hear everything! House is in a pretty sketchy area, wouldn't recommend being out after dark or leaving anything in your vehicle All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor which was very difficult on our older family members There is no storage in the bathrooms so be prepared to hold your toiletry bag Mirror on the third floor bathroom is adequate for those of us over 5’9 but good luck to the rest of yall! No full length mirror anywhere? Not enough seating in the living room if you had people staying in every room and the TV is way too high on the wall! The house was clean and basic and if all you need is a place to crash its fine but wouldn't recommend for families or groups that want to hang out in the space.

Vrbo House was very clean. Neighborhood left a lot to be desired. It must have been bulk trash time as the alley was overloaded with all sorts of garbage it looked horrible! bedrooms need a night stand for a CPap machines. Kitchen needs mixing bowls. More pot holders and cookie (cooking) sheets There were no dish towels. More trash bags need to be left. More toilet paper needs to be left. More paper towels left. (Especially if you are not going to add dish towels. We had to dry dishes with paper towels. They need Long full length Mirrors in bedrooms. cheap ones from dollar store. They would be appreciated. Mirror in up upstairs bathroom is way to high. I’m 5’5” and could only see from my top lip up to the top of my head. I get that the outlet is under the mirror and I get the aesthetics of centering the mirror on the sink but it’s not practical if you can’t see in the mirror when you’re doing your hair. Move it over 4 inches and down to the trim. It’s still a little high and wasted but it would be better than what you have going on right now. Trust me NOBODY is going to complain about the fact that it’s not centered. I had to take it off the wall and prop it up in the sink to use it.

The house was nice & clean and located in a great area. Not far from the falls with the casino a block away. The neighborhood was a bit run down but we felt safe. The house is tucked off from the road making it hard to find via navigation,but we found it. The house needed a few things like towel racks in the bathrooms,baking sheets,hooks/racks for the bedroom to hang clothes and a luggage rack for my suitcases would have been helpful ,need some night lights and bedside lamps in the bedrooms. The house is very dark at night especially up the stairs and in the hallway. It made it hard to see while going to the bathroom had to use my phone flash light to see. Would have been nice to have a TV in each room.I was told that someone would be over to the house to bring towel racks and strings for the ceiling fan in the 3rd bedroom but no one showed nor did I get a message asking if someone showed up. The 1st bathroom shower base needs a shower guard on the bottom so that water don't leak on the floor. The floor got very wet and had to use many towels to step on due to no guard on the shower base. My questions were answered in a timely manner by the property manager, but the follow up process was not great nor did the work get done. That was disappointing. Overall, the house was comfortable & accommodated our needs. Thanks for a great experience. Would stay here again.

Niagra Hospitality was great. They responded to my needs. The house was just ok but the neighborhood is a war zone. Burned down buildings, boarded up buildings. A guy was being chased down our block from someone. Although nothing happened to my children and I, I definitely did not feel safe at all. Would never ever return.
