Clean, Comfortable, Convenient Sugarhouse home - amazing location

Shelby was very helpful and has such a great property. I was travelling for work, and this was such a home away from home!

This house is in a great location in a cute established neighborhood. The kitchen was clean and well appointed. We used the little outside table on the back porch to drink coffee.

This house was the perfect home away from home for my elderly parents, my daughter, & I. We came in for the weekend to visit my son & see his performance. It was very important for me to find a house with one level as my 81 year old parents have issues with lots of stairs. This house suited us all perfectly! The 2 bedrooms were spacious & comfortable and the common rooms were just as perfect, it is a small house but for 4 people we had plenty of room. My daughter loved sitting outside on the back porch with a book The hosts had all kinds of helpful perks that made our stay even more pleasant from the coffee & tea readily available to the well appointed information book all about the property & neighborhood.

Great location and wonderful back deck to relax on after a day in the sun. Shelby was super attentive and fast to respond. Would absolutely recommend.

My son and I arrived, and the location was perfect for us. We enjoyed our time skiing and dining, adorable place and we would recommend this to anyone looking for a great spot! Gracias!

House was super cute, location was quiet but within walking distance of restaurants/shops. We did use Lime scooters and Uber for longer distances but had no issues finding either. Highly recommend Tulie Bakery and King's Bookstore nearby. Dave's corner market was clutch for drinks/snacks for the house. We were 15-20 mins by car from multiple hiking areas. No on-site laundry but we only stayed a few days so that wasn't an issue. Owner accommodated late check-out as we had a late flight. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was a great fit for our long stay (9 days) in SLC. We really appreciated the shady backyard/porch for early mornings and later evenings outside. The house felt bright and inviting and we loved having a full kitchen. The living room was comfortable for the three of us, the overhead fans in the bedrooms were a lifesaver at night (it was 100-104 most days we were here) and our King size bed was comfortable. We really appreciated the closets and dressers/bedside tables all being very usable. Sugarhouse is a wonderful neighborhood with corner restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores within walking distance. Loved taking long walks in the mornings we didn't have to be somewhere. The main challenges with the house were getting the water temperature correct in the shower (kind of tricky!) and the size of the bathroom (it's wee!, but we were forewarned by other reviews.) Another guest mentioned the street being a bit busy, but it was completely quiet during our visit...however, the main street that feeds into it was under construction and closed while we were there. Lucky! We really appreciated our stay, the neighborhood, the good air conditioning and the great neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay on the tree lined street near Sugar House park. Very cutely decorated and clean. Perfect!
