A hop, skip and jump from the sand! This beach cottage was absolutely perfect — The location couldn’t have been better for peaceful beach walks, sunset views. The cottage itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and so refreshing and inviting from the moment we walked in.Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and every little detail made our stay easy and relaxing. One of our favorite parts was the patio, such a quiet, peaceful space to enjoy morning coffee while listening to the ocean waves in the background. It was the perfect way to start each day.If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and relaxing beach getaway, this cottage is a gem.

We had a great stay! House is in a great location for beach lovers like me. Four of us stayed here comfortably. Loved having a garage for parking, as parking can be hard in the Mission Beach area. We will be staying here again!

Great home. Incredible spot. Great value - bikes, beach chairs, garage, close to beach, fire table, amazing deck - so perfect for our family. Owners are awesome, and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Amazing location! We only had a couple days here with 2 adults and 2 kids and would have wanted to stay longer! It was nice to be able to play in the big waves, but also go to the bay side as well. The house is stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, towels, etc. We didn't use the bikes but they were easy to get at in the garage. Another perk was the spicket outside by the gate for washing sand off your feet before going inside. Clean house, kitchen was well stocked, and we couldn't have been happier.

Your paying for the location which truly is amazing. It’s steps to the beach. The outdoor area is great. The home is quaint and clean. Perfect for small family. Host was attentive and welcoming. Also this is the quieter side of PB. If that’s what ya want , like a totally open beach just for u , it’s perfect.

If only I could rate our entire experience more than 5 stars! We rented this property back in August when we decided to spend Spring Break in San Diego. Having never rented a VRBO, we reached out with questions and our hosts were fantastic right from the jump. Not only were they responsive and helpful, it was like we became fast friends. The condo is so well stocked you need not bring much of anything - they even have beach towels. The property is so well maintained and offers a wealth of amenities. The location is fantastic - far enough away from the beach center so the beach felt private but close enough to enjoy everything. When we make it back to SD, we look forward to renting this property again.

We had a great time. It was super easy beach access, and we appreciated that it was a more chill vibe versus how it was closer to Belmont Park so we could go into the hustle and bustle of the restaurant area and then go back to the house and have it be peace and quiet

Our getaway was wonderful at this cozy, beautiful beach home. It was a perfect long weekend with perfect weather. It was well stocked with plenty of supplies for sitting at the beach and even had bikes and boogie boards. It was very close to the beach and a nice walk to Belmont Park. The host was very responsive and we definitely enjoyed ourselves! We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful house with all you could need for your stay (and more). The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and there is a grill on the wonderful deck. I searched so many properties (I am a planner) I finally decided on this lovely house. I say stop searching and book this place. We had an excellent stay at this two-bedroom, two-bath home in Mission Beach. The layout was perfect—both bedrooms were comfortable, and having two full bathrooms made everything easy. The kitchen was a standout: clean, modern, and stocked with everything we needed to cook meals during our stay.The patio was one of our favorite spots to relax, especially in the evenings, and having a garage in Mission Beach was a huge bonus. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, the bay, and local restaurants.We didn’t get the greatest weather (still nice as it is San Diego) one amazing sunset. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely book again on our next trip to San Diego!

This property was perfect for my family. We had a fabulous beach house stay while visiting my son’s college and Coronado. We enjoyed stepping out our beautiful front patio to play in the waves, watch beautiful sunsets, and walk to local restaurants and market. The host was attentive and the accommodations were clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

This property is perfect in every way! It is laid out so nicely and is very well furnished! Beds are so comfortable! We loved the few steps to the sandy beach and board walk. From our deck we had a perfect view of the sunset and could hear the waves. We didn't have a car but it was an easy walk to markets and great little take outs. We would go back for sure! Communication with the hosts was great!

Everything was lovely and as described! Far enough south that it’s quite quiet, easy walk to the boardwalk if you want it and the convenient beach access, garage parking and provided beach supplies made it a perfect spot for our family of 4.

Excellent beach house w great views of ocean from the deck. Has everything you need from complete kitchen, steps to beach, to great mattress. Bodega and bars a 3 min walk as well. Owners were attentive and even exchange text if something goes wrong. Will try to reserve again in near future.

Overall this property was so cute and cozy! The host had great communication and was quick to respond. The house is very close to the beach and had all necessary items to take with us. We enjoyed it very much. The only one thing we wished we had was a fire pit at night but everything else was absolutely perfect. Thank you!

I stayed here for 4 days with two girlfriends for our annual girls trip and had the best time! The house was the perfect size for the three of us, was super clean and well stocked, and a great location. We spent a lovely day on the bikes that were in the garage cruising up and down mission beach. The house was a great central location for all the other areas we wanted to visit, and had plenty of food and coffee options nearby. Dave and Susan are incredible hosts, were extremely attentive and responsive, and were genuinely invested in ensuring we had the best trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall the property is nice. We’ve stayed at many beach houses in the Mission Beach area. This unit is above average. Nice beds, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Deck area is great with nice beach/ocean view. Bikes are in good condition. Garage held our full size truck which is a big bonus. Remodeled two years ago but now starting to show signs of use. Scuff marks on walls from luggage. Rust showing on door hinges from being near salt water. Unit was clean upon arrival with exception of clump of dark hair on one of the shower drains. Some construction noise in upper unit during our stay but that should be temporary. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will strongly consider this unit for future stays.

The house is a perfect place to enjoy Mission Beach. Great location half a block to the beach. The house was very clean, quaint and cozy with comfortable beds. Really enjoyed the fire pit table out on the patio for nights. The provided parking is a huge plus! I would definitely book this place again!

Impeccable customer service, delightful owner, plenty of room for myself, spouse and two adult children. The location is as-advertised....literally a one-minute walk to the beach. Newly renovated kitchen and spacious deck were all we needed to feel at home!

Very enjoyable property. Really near but not on the beach so peacefull and quiet...nice neighborhood. Well equipped from garage to kitchen with usefull items. Only issue was the single television that was small and worked poorly.

Everything was fantastic. Perfect place for four people and close to everything. The beach is visible from the patio. We took in some beautiful sunsets. Sue was great and very helpful as it related to using the laundry and opening the garage. Would stay again. Highly recommend!

Perfect home for a small family who wants to relax and enjoy a beach vacation! Loved the spacious front deck that offered a partial ocean view. Ideal quiet location, just 1.5 block walk to the beach. Great communication with the owners.

What a great find!! We really enjoyed our holiday stay at this beach house. The communication was excellent from the time I booked-which was months ahead of the trip date. The house was super clean and filled with all items needed for our week long stay. Beds and linens were super comfortable. We will definitely be booking another trip very soon. We love this house. It’s well kept, clean, easy access to the beach and a cute street with food, coffee, etc. came down for parents weekend for SDSU. Plenty of room and a great outside deck and enough supplies to make a home cooked meal for the kids . We will be back!

Size and location was perfect, short distance to the boardwalk and beach. Nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. Water pressure in one shower was not as good as it was in the other shower. Awesome to have bikes and beach chairs available. Nice sitting area outside.
