Stayed Jan 14, 2026Was ideal. Comfortable snug plenty of room The 3 flights of stairs fine for us but worth noting for elderly. Had everything we needed. All facilities were spot on.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Beds were great, clean and comfortable and the electric blankets were a godsend for a cold weekend. Easy walk to lovely cafe for coffee and breakfast. Nice quiet rear unit. Also other takeaways nearby, and not too far to drive into the city restaurants. Parking was tight, but we had 2 big 4wds

Stayed Jul 18, 2025A well laid out townhouse with everything we needed for a short stay. Very quiet with comfy beds and good showers. Heat pump upstairs and a couple oil heaters which were very helpful as it was a very cold weekend. We managed to park 4 vehicles - 2 cars and 2 utes. A little bit tight up the drive but manageable. Take aways and cafe just a short walk away and a short Uber into Hamilton town centre

Stayed Feb 11, 2025Cockroaches in toaster so left it outside, pictures on line not quite what we encountered ( eg metal stools versus picture of wood stools), paint peeling on bathroom ceiling, garage had lots of personal property in it, outside furniture rusting and deck flooring very dirty, very old barbecue, had to lite gas stove top with a BIC lighter, no kitchen garbage bags - owner had us cut down full size black garbage bag.No I would not recommend this VRBO Property.

Stayed Dec 6, 2024It was a great spot, handy to shops and take aways. Good bedding, clean and tidy and all the amenities we needed for a great weekend. Parking is tight but ok for two x Rangers.

Stayed Sep 18, 2024This place was great. Parking was a little difficult but mostly user error. The beds were great and the place was warm and comfortable. The living/dining/kitchen up stairs was so comfortable. The kitchen was ready for our teas and coffee. It was truly a very comfortable and great stay. Close to food.
