Stayed Jul 11, 2017Described as a house but it is actually a townhome as it does share walls with two other units. Well maintained with many of the comforts of home. Large wall mounted tv and super comfy couches in the living area. A bit odd that neither of the bathrooms connect to any of the three bedrooms, but the place was clean and had a nice washer dryer set and a pool within the neighborhood. Small galley kitchen with a few things for cooking. Back deck offered a bit of privacy. Cleaning service and all linens included with this place as well as the basics, paper towels, tissue, hand soap, trash bags, etc which was nice. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens and pillows. Overall a nice place to stay, but you will need to drive and pay to park if you plan to go to the beach. We found it to be just what we needed as we were not going to stay but two nights and many places require a longer stay.

Stayed Jun 23, 2017There was a little bit of miscommunication about the address when we arrived, but it was promptly fixed. Overall the stay was great and the town home was nicer than the pictures and very clean. It's also only a mile from the beach and about 10-15 minutes from downtown Wilmington. I would definitely stay there again.
