Classic woodland home with gorgeous setting, great deck - 2 dogs OK

kitchen pans and such were greasy the place looked like it was wiped down. cobwebs in windows. the oven does not fit a normal size turkey pan and is from the 70's. All appliances were old. The carpet is white and no entry way so there is no way to keep it clean on rainy days. the upstairs bathroom toilet doesn't flush properly. Neither of the fireplaces worked. you have to haul your garbage up the long driveway to the garbage can. and the living room ceiling leaks on rainy days. ZERO view of the ocean you only look at trees...

Relaxing. Made good use of pool table!

This was the perfect getaway for a group of 8 adults for each couple to have their own bathroom. The two kitchens actually came in very handy. The surrounding area is so peaceful. There is a path 20-25 minutes walking to the beach. It’s close to both cannon beach and Manzanita. The pool table was super fun and they have all kinds of games, tvs and movies. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved everything about this huge Treehouse! Private location out in nature but close enough to town. Beautiful walk to the beach. The house was spacious but also cozy. We had everything we needed. Very clean. The pool table was a bonus! We would love to stay again one day!

We traveled with another family, and the layout was ideal- everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom, and kitchen too! The pool table was a bonus. We really felt right at home, and would love to stay here again on day.

The many levels of the house was a lot of fun w 4 bedrooms downstairs for playing pool. It was an easy drive to Short Sands Beach, Wanda's Bakery, Devil's Cauldron, Tillamook Creamery, etc. Other than appliances being outdated it was a great stay.

Pool table is a great selling point but it was not usable because all the pool cue sticks were bad. Sent message to Vacasa about this when we arrived. They responded to send them a picture which I did but then never heard anything from there and we were there for 4 nights. Otherwise the place was great.

Large house, it was like walking into a time capsule with the older appliances and furniture. Only complaint was it needs more lights, it does get a little dark not all the lights had working light bulbs. But we enjoyed our stay. There is so much to do outside we weren’t in the house all that much. The listing does say it’s an 11 minute walk to a beach but never found a route without having to walk on Hwy 101 which we weren’t going to do. So a map to in the house if there is an alternative route would have been nice. Really close to some of the most beautiful view points off the Hwy.

This was a great location for a big family trip, with quick access to all of the gems of the North Coast (we traveled between Tillamook and Astoria). Family members played pool downstairs for hours while others read on the deck and more lounged in their bedrooms. We were there for a whole week and the stay was comfortable and pleasant. We would definitely return to this property.

We had a gathering of 3 separate couples (one with 2 small children) in this fantastic home. The family with children had the 2 upstairs bedrooms while the 2 other couples took the downstairs bedrooms. Everyone had their own bathrooms which is amazing. Not only that, there are 2 kitchens - we only used the downstairs refrigerator, but it made things so much easier. The pool table was a hit and all our skills improved:) There were books, puzzles and games for all ages. With the addition of the outdoor deck space we had plenty of choices for groupings based on needs - relax, cook, eat, naps and play from adult to floor play with toddler and baby. The weather was unseasonabley hot so we spent a lot of time at the beach, but we could all imagine never wanting to leave the house. The character is down to earth with real wood paneling everywhere, artwork, record albums and even well functioning older appliances (they don't make 'em like they used to!). We felt like we were staying in a home vs a generic rental without it feeling too personal if that makes sense. We unanimously agree its one of, if not the best home we've stayed in for a multi family gathering. With out a doubt we will be back!!! Thank you so much!

The house has a very welcoming homey feel when entering. The kitchen had all equipment needed for me to cook during our stay. The pool table was a hit with my kids but could use a few tips put back on cues. The surrounding area was beautiful. Close to hikes and beaches to drive to. The walk to the beach was quite steep, but not long, so be prepared if planning to do that. Overall recommend. This was a lovely home!
