Classic Waterfront estate in beautiful Sombrero Beach - over 200' of dock space

The pictures do not do this home justice, it absolutely beautiful!! Well equipped with everything we needed and the landscape around the home was perfect. We brought our boat and there was more than enough space. Manatee came right up to our dock several times, that was exciting for the whole family! I really can’t say enough about this place our family of twelve had the best time ever!!

Great place for our scuba trip! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Plenty of space to relax after long dive days, and the location was super convenient for getting to the water and nearby spots. Host was responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again!

The pool was small and the water was very warm, we added water from the hose and it was tolerable. The kids didnt mind at all!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the house. The dock area was great and we put the Fish Cleaning station to good use:-)

Beautiful place. Excellent

We were looking for something specific for our stay. We wanted 6 king size bedrooms with separate bathrooms. We had 4 couples and 2 singles. The 2 singles had their own bedroom but needed to share a bathroom. Not a problem with them. The living area furniture was large and ornate but we spent most of our time outdoors. The outdoor area was thick with mature vegetation that provided some privacy from passing boats and shade in the hot summer weather. Overall we all had a great time and would not hesitate to go back.

The house had everything we needed. We went on a family trip and there were great spaces for everyone’s needs. It’s really nice that all the bedrooms had the same size beds for the adults. No one had to take a lesser option. The outdoor area is very nice. The pool is a little smaller than the pictures reflected but we still were able to enjoy it every day. The location was really good! Close to shopping and the beach. Very happy with the property!

10 of us stayed for the week. House is spacious and clean. Great location to beach and shopping. Large dock and easy access to gulf or atlantic. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Better than described.

We had 8 adults and no kids (3 couples and 2 singles aging from 52 to 78). Location couldn't be better. We were in a city with all kinds of stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc but as you drive down the street and pull into the driveway, it magically turns into Paradise. Huge driveway to accommodate all 3 cars plus 2 visitors. The place is HUGE. Ground floor in law was perfect for my 78 year old Aunt who has mobility issues. No stairs for her except the two to come up into the home. She was able to come right into the centrally located kitchen in the main house. She could also go right out into the outdoor kitchen and over to the patio where we hung out every night. Cliff notes because not enough space to write it all: Huge, plenty of seating (HEAVY), great a/c (a bit loud upstairs though), Great outdoor space with pool (watch that first step) and tons of seating (sit gently in the rocking patio chairs), serene mornings outside on deck (except Tuesday, Landscaping day. loud but really quick), King beds (Pillows could use an upgrade), Great outdoor kitchen, but my cook brother did not like the grill, he said it took a really long time to cook on it and that the guts should be replaced. A flat griddle would be amazing out there for breakfast. Owners are SO NICE and communicated super fast and Tudor even baked us an apple pie which we all agreed was the BEST apple pie any of us ever had!! We enjoyed our stay, This is the 3rd home we have visited over the past few years and was the best due to the privacy, individual bedrooms with bathrooms and plenty of room for everyone. Didn't use the outdoor kitchen due to the doors closest to it were not usable. Otherwise a great time overall. Hosts were great and responded quickly to our emails.

Jim and Tudor were very responsive to questions we asked before and during our trip. We were very pleased with the location of the house and its size. We had plenty of space for our large group. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there are plenty of towels. We saw manatees our last evening, which was exciting for all of us! The driveway was large enough to accommodate 4 rental cars easily. We were disappointed by the lack of responsiveness of the property manager upon our arrival. She arrived at the house to greet us and said “text me if you need anything, and if I don’t respond give me a call.” When she didn’t respond to text messages after three hours I called her, only to find her voice mailbox was full and no messages could be left. That was on day two of our week-long trip. She never got back with me. We were further disappointed by the repairs that are needed at the house. Doorknobs fell off in our hands, and there were several broken lounge chairs by the pool. There was a broken cot that was unusable. There are two dryers in the laundry room. Only one works. We understand wear and tear happens at rental properties, but for the amount of money being charged to rent the home for a week, our expectations were not met.

We had a great time! Time spent with the famikybin the pool as priceless!! Thank you Jim and Tudor for letting us stay in ur home!! It was as a trip to remember.

Great property with plenty of room for large groups and in a prime location

Perfect location for fishing. Very close to 7mile bridge-making easy access to both Atlantic & Gulf side. 10 minute cruise to big water which was good down time ride home after long day on water. Easy access to several restaurants by boat including Sparky’s in Key Colony.

As always A wonderful stay I believe this is my 5th year We enjoy every year Thanks for upgrading and continuing to maintain the house
