Stayed Jan 20, 2026This is a great house and host. Everything was ready and super clean. Kyle was very responsive, getting back to is immediately when we had a question. The home is in a rural setting, but just minutes from Woodstock. Highly recommend.

Stayed Dec 19, 2025We stayed 5 nights before Christmas with our adult children and the property was very comfortable. Yes, the property was welcoming for our. Our daughter likes the closeness to Killington (she is the only skier). Having the use of the 2 bay garage was nice as we did have snow. The fireplace in the livingroom and a wood stove in the dining/kitchen area adds to the winter ambiance.

Stayed Feb 17, 2024Great experience. Check in was easy; house was super clean. Nice grounds and privacy. Great location close to Woodstock town and xc skiing. Comfortable beds, kitchen, living room. Very conducive to family time. All around excellent stay.

Stayed Oct 7, 2023We had a wonderful time at this lovely Vermont home. It was located a perfect distance from local restaurants and shops. We came back after hikes, shopping and sightseeing to just relax and unwind. Quick note... the kitchen is well equipped with cooking supplies, but make sure that you bring the food you need, and condiments as well if you don't want to run back out to the store.

Stayed Aug 18, 2023We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Very roomy with an excellent layout. All the necessities were available and well organized. Just bring your favorite foods. Close proximity to Woodstock. Kyle was an exceptional host and quick to respond with any questions I had regarding our booking or the area. At the end of our stay, our only regret is that we didn't stay a bit longer. Would rent again without a doubt.
