All luxury included like dining table for 6, fire place, charming patio,airconditioning, wifi, oven, microwave, smart-tv, and rooftop terrace with beautiful town-, mountain and sea-views.
Enjoy the culture of the old town, the beaches and promenade with all its fine restaurants nearby, while stayingat a stylish house with all amenities needed.
If you come by car, it is best to park it on Calle la Sequia, Altea. If there is no parking places available up on arrival, there is also a paid parking close to the house, which is at the end of Carrer de la Filarmónica, and called Parking Filarmónica. It is paid parking from:
Monday to Friday: 9:00h - 14:00h, and from 17:00h - 20:00h
Saturday: 9:00h - 14:00h, Sundays and holidays: free
The price is € 0,90 per hour.
For stays equal to or less than 10 days, it will be considered a Tourist Dwelling – A Tourism Contract applies.
For stays of more than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract needs to be signed.

In the contract for stays longer than 10 days an amount for the electricity of € 150 per month will be specified, usage above this amount will be charged at costs.
