• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Saturday to Saturday.
However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
• Holiday Season: Reservations that includeboth Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

Whether you're planning a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled beach side adventure, this adorable coastal cottage is the perfect home base for making unforgettable memories.

Home Features:
-The den/TV room has a sleeper sofa and a smart TV.
-The living room has a big screen smart TV.
-The breakfast nook is a great spot for a family meal.
-The open kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals while staying looped in with the group.
-The spacious backyard with propane grill is the optimum spot for maximum relaxation.
-The first bedroom has a comfy queen bed with a spacious closet.
-There is a detached bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combo. 
-The master bedroom features a smart TV  with a king sized bed, as well as a day bed for additional sleepers. There is also a recliner for the readers of the group. 
- The attached bath has a step in shower.

No Smoking and No Pets. This is strictly enforced.
This home is not pet-friendly, however, please be aware that the owner does have personal pets and kennels are located in the garage for their use. While every effort is made to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment, those with pet allergies or sensitivities should take this into consideration.

Morro Bay is one of California’s great Central Coast communities The area has become famous for its beautiful state parks, bird estuaries, and the distinct Morro Rock. Tourists and locals both enjoy a variety of activities in the area, including fishing, surfing, kayaking, golfing, bird watching, beachcombing, or just relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Besides the nature and recreation of Estero Bay, there are also fine restaurants and unique shops. Morro Bay, the largest of the three cities, is at the heart of Estero Bay. Morro Rock, the last in a chain of long-extinct volcanoes, covers over 50 acres at its base and towers 576 feet above the entrance to Morro Bay. The waters that make up the bay are contained within a three-mile sandpit and the shores of Morro Bay and Los Osos. The local fishing industry is one of the most important along the California Coast. On the Embarcadero, you can shop, walk to Tidelands Park and play on the pirate ship, or simply sit and watch as the boats make their way to sea.

Beach-N-Bay Getaways welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.

    Great location, walked to the beach everyday. The master bedroom with the daybed worked out so well for my son and daughter-in-law with the grandsons (age 2 & 4). Very clean and comfortable.

    The house smelt like mildew when we got there. Gave us both an headache. We had to buy air fresheners and candles to overcome it. It also said no pets. Yet there were two dog kennels in garage. Dogs had been in the house too. My daughter who is allergic came to visit and it made her stay miserable. No mention of the fact you couldn’t use the garage either.

    We brought our 2 boys (3 & 5 yrs old) to continue the tradition of attending Morro Bay's Annual Car show. My husband & I used to come every year with my parents & their friends who all brought their classic cars and we always had a great time. We adventured out to all the nearby parks, walked the embarcadero every day and walked from the home down to the beach to enjoy some time there. We'll definently be back!
