As always, our stay was wonderful.

Another amazing stay at the cottage! Pet friendly, convenient and a very well stocked kitchen! Great little outdoor area. We love the screened in porch!!! Fantastic updates this year to lighting and bathroom were very nice! Ron is an amazing host and a super nice guy. We truly love staying here!

We LOVE the cottage! This is our 4th year and we already booked for next year 2026! Ron is great and personable. The arrival is so easy and welcoming! Things we love: easy unloading and loading the car, the screened in porch, the yard space and trees and garden, the spacious rooms, THE NEW BATHROOM SHOWER, The new living room furniture, ease to get to the beach and music and free meals at the North Beach bar, dog friendly and all at a great price. Great location and nice property with new bathroom!

We love this place! 4th year in a row!It’s so close to the beach and the screened in porch is incredible. Also, the bathroom had been redone since we were there last year and it is fantastic!

The check in was seamless as usual. The kitchen offers a drip coffeemaker, a Keurig, toasters, blender and plenty of basic dishes, glasses and cups. Personally, I would like to have a baking sheet, and some larger bowls added along with a few storage containers. The screened in porch is a welcome place for coffee in the morning and for relaxing with beverage in the evening under the ceiling fan.

This was our second summer at this house and with the renovation to the bathroom it was even better!! Great value and location in Dewey!!

We really enjoyed the location and the cottage itself. Close to everything, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again. Walk right to the beach and restaurants and bars and the trolley stop to rehoboth. Loved the screened in porch.

We have been coming to this cottage for several years and we are in love with it. Short walk to the beach on one side and short walk to the bay on the other side. Food, drink, other necessities right around the corner. If you want to stay in and cook, that can be conveniently done. Screened in porch on the side is delightful. Ron has remodeled the bathroom and it is grand. We know if we have any problems, Ron will take care of them, however, we never have any b/c he has everything organized. We will return again as soon as we can for another relaxing stay.

This was our fourth summer at the beach cottage/cabin. It’s very spacious and we love the private breezy screened in porch! Our grandkids come and we have space for everyone to enjoy dinner together! We love the huge TV for a movie night! The new sofas are very comfy and so are the beds! The yard is nice for kids and dogs too! There’s also a washer and dryer and a grill and picnic table. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and eating in to save money! Parking and loading and unloading your car is so simple just a few steps! The walk to the beach is easy and the bay sunset is great! Our grandkids love the playground across the street too!! See you next year! nice

Great location between the ocean and the bay, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Inky a few minutes to the beach.

We had such a great week at Ron’s classic beach cottage. Pictures don’t do it justice! Walked to the beach every day and relaxed most afternoons/evenings in the screened in porch. Hope to come again! Thanks for hosting us!
