Nestled in Aquinnah, not far from the Gay Head lighthouse, this enchanting home in a beautiful pastoral setting with a private beach access, was purchased in 1960 by our family and we treasure it. It has been lovingly maintained and expanded while keeping its traditional Vineyard charm. Enjoy the beautiful views and natural light that fill the cozy and artistic/eclectic living spaces creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Perfect for a groupof friends or family, the house has three bedrooms, each in a different section of the house for excellent privacy and 3 full bathrooms. There is also an outdoor shower for cleaning up after a day at the beach.

The Kitchen and main living room is an open concept that is wonderful for socializing while making and sharing meals. Next to this main room is a beautiful sun room with couches to lounge on and a piano.

There is a large newly renovated deck overlooking the property as well as a stone patio with fire pit for relaxing outdoors.

The Vineyard Sound and private beach access is a short stroll --10 minutes--across the meadows and down a picturesque winding set of stairs from the spectacular bluff.

Whether you are unwinding in the comfortable bedrooms, preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or taking the short stroll down to the beach for a swim, this fantastic property is sure to make your stay unforgettable!
