The house is wonderful, very spacious and modern/new in terms of amenities (not architectural style) due to newer construction relative to many other rentals. The river access and outdoor spaces are great. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked the house for a weekend getaway for my wife's birthday. Invited friends and family to enjoy the rental with us. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The location was great. The house was great. The scenery was great. We absolutely loved sitting on the porch watching the river and hanging out. We will definitely be going back.

I genuinely have nothing to critique other than we couldn't find a cutting board. ;) we all truly enjoyed our stay and time there.

Really enjoyed our trip. The house was perfect for the fam and our dogs. A few things is the gas grill didnt work or was out of gas. It would be better if this was on the property management to have ready and available to use. To much hassle for the guest to do so. But we made it work and grilled on the firepit ! Fireplace would have be great if it was on to use as well.. Overall great place !

We had a wonderful family time. The house is wonderful and in excellent condition…practically new..everything was perfect.Ww would like to come back during the summer.

A sibling's trip for four 60 siblings and their spouses. A great time to catch-up and enjoy the sites in San Antonio, Austin, New Braunfels, Fredericksburg, and Gruene.

Our family of 16 spent Thanksgiving at this beautiful home. We had an amazing time and spent an afternoon in Wimberley and another in Gruene which were 15-25 minutes away! The kiddos loved the two sets of bunk beds which are actually full size beds. This will be a great location in the summer as well with the easy river access! We will be back!

The house was perfect for our family of 10 get together. Very nice house with everything we needed. The teens loved the bunk room and we all enjoyed the fire pit for s’mores. Great backyard and location on the river. Would definitely rent again!!

My family and I have vacationed in New Braunfels every summer for 20+ years and this place was the most spacious, luxurious, and best location for a river vacation ever. I cannot say enough about how nice this home is and the river views are stunning. The owner did a great job adding the steps down to the river. Very easy access to get in and out of the water. Waking up early and having coffee on the upper porch was a great way to start the day before gathering everyone for a float on the Horseshoe, which is maybe be a mile away from the house! Greune Hall is very close too if you want to go have a night out and listen to some great live music and go dancing. The host supplies very helpful information for local dining and shopping if you are not familiar with the area. The rooms are all so spacious and very comfortable beds. The bunks say twins but they are fulls, two people can sleep on those bunks. I could go on and on but will just finish with WOW!!!! What an amazing place and wonderful time. We will definitely be returning!!!! Thank you Barbers ?
