Stayed May 27, 2022Terribly disappointed. We go to the property at about 3:30 in the afternoon local time, and open the door based upon the instructions given to us by the property owner, and were surprised to see other people stuff in the apartment. Unfortunately, he wasn’t receiving cell phone calls, even though he gave us his number, because he was out of the country. He did however receive our emails and after a couple of Skype conversations, it was discovered that he was overbooked. He had two other apartments on the same property and thought one of them was available, but realized he was wrong I had to call us right back after promising us another property for the weekend. We had nowhere to stay after having booked four months before, and even wrote him the day before to make sure everything was still good. He apologized and refunded our money promptly, which of course made us have to go find a hotel in the nearby area so we can stay the two nights we had planned for the weekend. It all worked out for us, although our hotel room was 35% more per night than we were paying for the studio apartment in the town of New Albany, IN.

Stayed May 30, 2020The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood close to down town New Albany, and it was easy to walk to several restaurants. It was a perfect place for an extended stay to complete an internship with access to WIFI, washer and dryer, and a very nice, quiet patio.
