City Lodge -Beautiful 10 Person Home Near the Mall

Home is very large with several sleeping options. There is a living room and a separate family room so the teens could have their own hangout space. Super clean house, well furnished, and well stocked. Chad is very responsive and accommodating. Located in a residential area so it's quieter but also very close to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, modern, everything in working order. It all made for a perfect stay for our family. We also appreciated the quiet, walkable surrounding neighborhood.

Code to get into house was challenging due to multiple attempts to get the code/door to work.

We stayed for a family girls weekend and had plenty of room for all 9 of us! The house was very clean and in a perfect location to do many things in Sioux Falls. The back yard and deck were great for sitting outside and enjoying f the evening.

This home had everything we needed in a great, quiet neighborhood! The home was well stocked and had plenty of room for our group of 6. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Sioux Falls!

The property was in a great location for our family to sleep and then travel over to our daily activities. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean and cozy.

Place was perfect for our family group. We were in town for a family Christmas at relatives house. Had two grandkids with us made easy for all of to chip-in watching them. Everyone had their own space to relax.

We stayed for a family wedding in town and this place was so homey and large enough for all 9 of us! Highly recommend!

This place is super for a group. We had 5 women and plenty of beds. With Autumn weather we got to enjoy both the fireplace on the lower level and the large patio. The property is in a great neighborhood and close to dining and shopping.

This is a very nice modern house. Very good layout of the bedrooms with nearby bathrooms. Our group enjoyed staying there.

It was so nice to stay in a home instead of a hotel. We are a family of 12 so having a space that we could all gather and enjoy our time together was amazing. There was a small issue when we checked in but it was quickly corrected. We did purchase additional toilet paper and garbage bags. The one extra roll in each bathroom was not quite enough for our group and we needed more than 1 extra garbage bag. We would recommend adding body wash or a bar of soap to each shower. Overall it was a great stay and we totally appreciated the hospitality and quick responses of the property manager. We would definitely stay again!

The house fit our family perfectly and we'd use it again. The location was perfect. However, we had to steer the kids away from the rusting metal shed in yard, and the kids complained about the sticky weeds in the backyard, so didn't use it at all. The deck & patio was good.

The home was beautifully decorated and was a perfect fit for our group. The deck was an added bonus.

Our group of five women had not been together since we graduated high school 38 years ago. The house was a wonderful place to have an adult sleepover (with a couple of husbands as well), and we enjoyed the accommodations very much. We mostly sat at the table or in the living room, and it was so comfortable. The guys enjoyed the back deck when they needed a reprieve from the women. The beds were awesome! Very, very comfortable. Three bathrooms were great. There were TVs in every room, and apparently they had DirectTV, but we never even turned it on, so I cannot comment on that. The decor was super as well. Highly recommend!

City Lodge is lovely home with several amenities. It is on the west side of Sioux Falls, which was fine for the activities we did. Our group of friends would highly recommend this property.

The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Nice fenced in backyard so we could play outdoor games.
