I booked this house for our annual girlfriend trip and we all absolutely loved this place. We came in August so the pool was a lifesaver. It was walkable to a private beach where we were often the only ones there. The beach chairs, wagon, and shark tooth sifters were used daily. Other popular beaches were only 5-15 minutes away. The beds were comfortable (not too hard nor too soft), the kitchen was well stocked, and there was a small work desk for someone like me who just can’t fully unplug from the office. They have a vacuum in the garage for cleaning your car (which was a necessity). This place is only a mile from historic downtown Venice and 4 minutes from the grocery store. Everything was close but the location was quiet and enjoyable. We loved it!

Fantastic property superbly equipped in a great location. Check in was easy and the beach equipment was really good. We enjoyed the bikes and shark tooth finding equipment. Hosts are very friendly.

Perfect location for a nice beach trip with the family. The private beach access was great, there was no one there but us for the whole trip. The pool was a big bonus and the house was clean and just as pictured in the listing.

Just bring your toothbrush and a few changes of clothing because this home has everything you need! The home is in a small, quiet neighborhood with no thru traffic which adds more safety to the environment. The location is perfect, as traffic is drawn more towards the public access, though the town isn't overly populated anyway. The private beach access is just across the street, as a 5 minute walk or a 2 minute bike ride. During a holiday week, we were one of only 2 families on the entire beach and it was amazing! Dont worry about bringing beach chairs, a wagon, sand sifters, bikes, pool floats, coolers, or any other beach items, because this home has it all!The cleanliness of the home was immaculate, including the private pool out back!Some of the things we loved the most:-The beautiful landscape and private patio out back.-The window behind the kitchen sink that opens up to a bar outside by the pool.-Many areas for seating inside and outside.-The welcome book with property information. -The fully stocked kitchen, and then some (coffee filters, tin foil, trash bags, paper plates, etc.).-The showers were beautiful and had plenty of water pressure.The list goes on! If you are wondering if this home has something you need, its likely to be there somewhere! Also, don't be scared to leave a supply behind for the next guest to use, as we found this very helpful on several occasions.The communication with property owners was instant throughout the whole process!

This was a well-appointed, well-kept home with a thoughtful eye for the details that help families settle in and feel comfortable. The hosts are kind and highly responsive. There were ample beach provisions including nice chairs, wagon, toys and great bikes ready to ride! The kitchen had everything you need with plenty of linens in the kitchen and baths. The pool was wonderful with an outdoor grill and dining area. Well located near a private beach entrance. Can't wait to come back!

Love, love, love this house! Perfect location, easy walk or quick bike ride to a private access beach. House was well designed, fabulous lanai and pool. Just a great space! We biked and walked the dogs around a quiet neighborhood. So close to Sharky’s too! We will stay again.

Great place, great location

Great location. Wonderful private beach. Ample beach accessories and bikes. Wonderful hosts. Could use some update/cleaning of living room furniture. Pool was nice, but a little bit cold even with solar cover, only got to about 82.7 degrees. Only one complaint about Venice area…constant noise from small aircraft’s flying overhead from nearby airport.

We will absolutely rent again. It was the most perfect location. The house was amazing! I miss it so much already and the owners oh my goodness they are the best people we have ever rented off of! They are basically like family now. Cant wait to go back again.

Wonderful house and location. Hosts have thought of everything. Just bring your swimsuit and appetite. We brought our 2 dogs, the property was perfect for them with the enclosed courtyard. With plenty of places to walk them too. Just a wonderful location

This is a wonderful beach home! Very clean and well maintained. It was stocked with everything you would need. We really enjoyed the patio/pool area and used it daily. The beach was also wonderful and just a short walk away. The owners are very responsive to questions, and they left a welcoming gift on the counter for us when we arrived-we thought that was very sweet! We would definitely stay again!

Our second stay at Circle Dr. did not disappoint! We felt right at home, my husband is recuperating from an A-fib episode, this large, beautiful, quiet, clean and tastefully decorated home worked wonders for him. Relaxing by the pool even on rainy days felt heavenly. Our wedding anniversary was extra special this year. Property owners go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and welcome.
