Casa Cipradino is a socially conscious guest house dedicated to independent, environmentally conscious travelers. Here you’ll find a place to relax without sacrificing the comforts of the city. For the interiors, we’ve chosen cruelty-free furnishings and original, designer products, prioritizing the circular use of materials, recycling, and quality. Our guest house follows a plastic-free philosophy; while some items and accessories are made of plastic, it’s only because we’ve chosen to give them a second life. The products used for your comfort are made from lightweight, eco-friendly materials; for your personal care, we rely on natural, vegan, and organic cosmetics, out of respect for our planet and to protect all the living beings that call it home. You’ll find rooms equipped with air conditioning, heating, a private en suite bathroom with a spacious shower stall, a double bed, an ironing board and iron, and a mini-fridge with a little “welcome” gift from us. Inside the apartment, available to all guests, there is a common room with a TV, books, and board games, as well as a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle, plus access to a small balcony where you can smoke, read, or simply relax. Upon request, you can use the washing machine, dryer, and ironing service. Our goal is simply to make your stay as comfortable as possible, in the hope that you’ll feel all the passion we put into it. We look forward to welcoming you.
Neighborhood Information

We’re located in Rome’s First Municipality, in the Prati-Della Vittoria neighborhood, an area well-connected by major public transportation and close to a bike path, just a short walk from the capital’s most famous shopping streets and Rome’s most picturesque spots. A 5-minute walk from the Lepanto metro station, an 8-minute walk from the Ottaviano metro station, a 10-minute walk from the Olympic Stadium and the Foro Italico, the MAXXI Museum of Modern Art, a 15-minute walk from St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museums, the Auditorium Parco della Musica, and many other historical landmarks in the city. Also easily accessible on foot—ideal for those on business—are the Court of Law, the Court of Auditors, the RAI and La 7 headquarters, and the Army, Carabinieri, and Navy barracks.
