Stayed Oct 16, 2021This house is pretty new, it’s gorgeous and it has 5 king suites, plus a room with two pyramid bunk beds. It’s perfect for large groups with several couples. There are two refrigerators and two dishwashers so it’s good for those who do a lot of cooking. Due to the lack of restaurant choices in the area, most people will be cooking. The kitchen is well appointed with pots and pans and dishes and a large gas cooktop. They even had sharp knives. The pool is nice and the play area on the pool level is nice too. The garage is huge and can accommodate two cars. We would definitely stay here again if we ever have a big group. The beach is very clean and the sand is nice and soft. The beach faces south so you can watch both sunrise and sunset. If you want a good view of the sunset, go up to the balcony on the top floor. Things that could use fixing or improvements: The living room furniture is very uncomfortable to sit on. One couple complained about the mattress in the third floor bedroom having depressions on each side and being uncomfortable. The TV in the pool area wasn’t working. It would be nice if a few beach chairs were provided. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Cinnamon Sands and would return.
