Thinking of taking a break from the stress of hosting Christmas at home Bring the family together at Sandringham House and enjoy Christmas in Jersey under one roof.

Sandringham House is a beautifully restored four bedroom townhouse in the heart of St Helier, offering the space and privacy of a luxury home with the warmth and comfort of boutique hospitality.

Perfect for multi generational family stays, four couples travelling together, families with children and guests bringing well behaved small to medium dogs.

Each of the four bedrooms has its own private ensuite bathroom, giving everyone plenty of personal space while still allowing the whole group to stay together.

The house is just a 2 minute walk from the beach and seafront and close to St Helier’s shops, restaurants, cafés, Jersey Opera House, the main bus station and Jersey General Hospital. Although Sandringham House is in a central built up area, previous guests often comment on how surprisingly quiet and peaceful it is at night.

Secure gated parking is available for two cars, which is unusual for such a central St Helier location.

All bedrooms are normally arranged with king size beds. Portelet bedroom can be arranged as either a king or twin beds on request, and there is also one single sofa bed. The house is therefore particularly well suited to families and couples rather than groups requiring eight separate beds.

Every bedroom has quality bed linen, luxury towels, bathrobes, toiletries, hairdryer, fan, security safe, Smart TV and tea and coffee making facilities.

The bright lounge provides plenty of space to relax, with high speed WiFi, Smart TV and comfortable seating. There is also a dedicated office space for guests who may need to work during their stay.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for relaxed breakfasts, family meals and celebratory dinners, including quality appliances and a Ninja air fryer. The adjoining dining room is ideal for everyone to sit down together, especially over Christmas.

At the rear of the property is a private patio with seating for six to eight guests, a Ninja Woodfire barbecue and a fire pit.

For families travelling with babies and young children, we can provide cots, bedding, high chairs, seat boosters, stair gates, baby monitors, baby baths, changing mats, toilet seats, bottle warmers, UV bottle sterilisers, spare Tommee Tippee bottles and a Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep machine.

🐾 Well behaved small to medium dogs are welcome, and with the beach and seafront just 2 minutes away the house is especially convenient for guests travelling with pets.

A separate laundry room with washer and dryer is available. Hair straighteners, spare phone chargers, toothbrush chargers and electrical adaptors are also available on request.

We also cater for guests with coeliac disease, with a dedicated gluten free drawer containing a separate toaster and a small selection of gluten free products.

Christmas 2026 is now open for bookings. If you would love a family Christmas away without the pressure of hosting at home, Sandringham House offers the space, comfort and privacy for everyone to stay together and enjoy Christmas in Jersey. The house will be dressed for Christmas, allowing you to arrive, settle in and simply enjoy spending time together.
