Stayed May 31, 2024The property was quaint and peaceful. I spent the morning looking out over the valley below listening to the wind chimes and doves. It isn't to far away to drive to events in WACO. The property is well outfitted with good linens and towels. We will definitely stay again in the future as we have family in China Spring.

Stayed May 10, 2024We booked the cottage for a place to stay for the Baylor graduation, as we wanted more space than a hotel room. It is about 20 minutes from campus in a country setting. (There are a few restaurants, fast food places and small stores nearby for convenience). The cottage itself is charming, spacious and comfortable. The landscaping, porch and views were beautiful and the perfect setting to sit outside, eat, visit and decompress. The hosts were super accommodating and so kind, wanting to make our stay enjoyable. There was even a Farmer’s Market on Saturday about a block away. Overall it was a wonderful visit- 5 stars in every way.

Stayed Apr 6, 2024Chinaberry Cottage was a lovely remodeled cottage just off the beaten path. The inside and outside was immaculate. It was perfect for a family. Everything for a home away from home was provided. The kiddos loved that they had a TV in their room and so many more pillows than at home. The fenced area was perfect for children. The host gave immediate responses. Lovely and relaxing! Absolutely perfect!
