Chinaberry Cottage

The property was quaint and peaceful. I spent the morning looking out over the valley below listening to the wind chimes and doves. It isn't to far away to drive to events in WACO. The property is well outfitted with good linens and towels. We will definitely stay again in the future as we have family in China Spring.

I wish all properties were like this. Everything has been thought of, everything was first rate, and the communication and flexibility of the owner was top notch.

Fun trip in a beautiful cottage!

We stayed here for three weeks and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an extended stay. It was easy to settle in and keep our normal routine, which we really appreciated.One of the biggest blessings was that they allowed our cats to stay with us. Not having to board them took so much stress off our shoulders, and we’re incredibly grateful for that kindness.The hosts were responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with the entire time. Everything was just as described, and we felt very well taken care of. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and are so thankful for the hospitality.

Great stay. Very accommodating. Would definitely rebook if ever in the area.. Only suggestion I would pass on is to add a grill. Otherwise all was great

There was a very large on the floor in the kitchen. That was not pleasant.

House was immaculate. Felt like being home and Owner communication was great. Has everything you will need. Can’t wait to come back 5 star property. Even better than the pictures online.
