Chicks Beach home for large families.

We had a great time. Kathy was great about communicating and making sure we had what we needed. We would definitely book this place again. The beach access is great and the house is at the end of the street which gave more privacy. It is located in a sage neighborhood.

Great place! FYI- didn’t start dishwasher as no detergent. First floor bathroom fan doesn’t work.Would recommend & happily rent again!

The house was pretty clean aside from a luttle sand left in 1 bathroom which is hard to control when you're at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and utensils. They even had a little statuon with coffee and popcorn. It was a good location close to the beach although no views. The communication was relatively quick until the day before we left when we had a question about pets. She gave the answer we had hoped for just a little late. Overall it was a beautiful property with plenty of sleep space for a large family or to split with friends.

Really enjoyed staying in this house. Close to the beach, HK on the Bay our favorite restaurant, and the area we used to live. Close to grocery stores and everything you need. The house is older so unfortunately when the new renters arrived the last night there we could hear them clearly but otherwise it was a great home to rent

The house was spacious and very nice inside. There was fencing around the property that was perfect for keeping dogs inside. The host, Kathy, returned my communications quickly and was very polite. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and well appointed. Close to the conference we attended. We were blessed with a few beautiful days and were able to walk on the beach which is a very short walk. Our group was very happy!

We've stayed in the Chic's beach area every year for 5 years. This is by far the best experience we've ever had. The house was great. The amenities were thoughtful (Couch blankets! A hairdryer in every bathroom!). Everything worked. And the host, Kathy, was very responsive. We will go back to this host next year.

Fantastic location and amenities.

this was the perfect house for our stay. Our family all flew in for our sons wedding from different places and this house was the perfect place for family. The rooms are big, extremely clean and fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. The host responded quickly with our questions before our stay. There were no issues with anything.

Our stay was very nice. Home had plenty of room, clean and good location. The only disappointment was the attached neighbors had children who ran around in the house and you could hear them clearly. Kathy answered all our questions ahead of time and was easy to work with.

We had such a great vacation here! The house was perfect and so close to the beach. We had such a relaxing time and everything was perfect. Would love to boom again!

Our girls had a volleyball tournament at the VB sports complex, opted for a VRBO over hotels. This property was perfect, very close to the beach, clean and plenty of beds.

This is our second stay at this property. Great location, one block back from beach with a direct public pathway. Spacious place and friendly, helpful owner.

Very easy to reserve and access to property. An older duplex house but clean and spacious. A nice 2 min walk to beach. Beds were very comfortable. Would recommend softer (maybe newer) towels. Would definitely book again.

Great place to celebrate a 70th birthday with friends and family. Very spacious and close to the beach. Highly recommend.

Great location. Loved the House. Family had a great week. AC worked great. Kitchen appliances and cooking utensils were well above average. Only Cons--bathrooms are a little small and need some shelves for storing items. Lists Hot Tub in the amenities but there isn't one on this property. Overall a wonderful family experience....
