Stayed Oct 10, 2025The view is beautiful. Communication with the host is horrible, and saying that there is laundry available is misleading. We could never find it and spent an entire day of our vacation in town at a laundromat. There is mold in the shower.

Stayed Aug 16, 2024My husband and I stayed here during our civil ceremony at the Santa Barbara courthouse. Amy is an amazing host, very accommodating and organized. We stayed here with my small dog. The home is very dog friendly with nice touches like dog bowls. Other nice touches- great quality hair dryer. The property itself is absolutely stunning. This was a perfect stay for us 3- the views and neighborhood are amazing. We look forward to booking this stay again. Cannot recommend enough!!

Stayed Apr 7, 2023Paid for property thru VRBO. Entered to find someone else occupying the unit, who rented the same unit for the same dates via a competing website. Owner claimed it was VRBO’s fault, since they are supposed to sync their calendar with the competing website. She reimbursed the portion VRBO paid her. VRBO said it was the owner’s responsibility not to double book dates, and would not refund their portion of what we paid.
