Stayed May 14, 2025Five stars all the way. While it’s a little odd to have 1 full bath upstairs with 3 bedrooms and two full baths on the bottom level everything else about this house is amazing. And the views, outstanding! Mark was an incredible host and communication was excellent. We had minor issue with ants in the kitchen and debris on the back deck, and he corrected the issues immediately. Would definitely stay in this beautiful home again whenever in the Sky Valley area.

Nestled within the breathtaking beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains and perched alongside an impeccably maintained golf course, this home was everything we hoped for and so much more. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a hidden gem — a peaceful retreat that offered both luxury and comfort, with a front-row seat to some of the most beautiful views in the region.The house itself was immaculate. Cleanliness is something I always notice right away, and this property sparkled. Every room was spotless, organized, and thoughtfully prepared, giving us that warm home away from home feeling. It was clear that the owners took great pride in maintaining the space, and every detail — from the fresh linens and fluffy towels to the pristine kitchen appliances — reflected a high standard of care.Speaking of the kitchen, it was a dream to cook in. Fully stocked with all the cookware, utensils, and gadgets we needed, it made preparing meals an absolute joy. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the deck each morning while watching the sun rise over the golf course and mountains. The open-concept living and dining area was tastefully decorated, with comfortable seating that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring or playing a round of golf.One of the biggest highlights of our stay was, without a doubt, the view.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Needless to say this is an excellent home. Having rented many homes, this owner has done the best job I have ever seen in preparing a home for rental. The most specific and helpful information provided on every aspect of the home. This rarely occurs in these vacation rental properties. Ritz Carlton like qualities.Sky Valley is a nice property and we visit frequently since we have relatives who live there.

Stayed Oct 7, 2023This is a beautiful home in the perfect location. It has anything you could need and the large deck is perfect for your afternoon cocktail and watching golfers cross the bridge on the 18th hole as well as the expansive view. It’s a short walk to all amenities and a beautiful waterfall - a perfect stay for our group. We hope to return.

Stayed Aug 24, 2023A friend of mine has been looking to purchase a house in the area so we've made a few trips to look at real estate. I've been coming to Sky Valley for many years and always loved this house. I was quite excited to see it on VRBO and loved having friends join me. The home is beautiful, and the view is spectacular. Furniture and beds are very comfortable, and the Property Manager was excellent with check-in and questions. I'll be back!
