A country drive leads to this pristine single story home located close to all of Southampton's renowned Golf Courses, town and the ocean. Bay beaches, boating and kayaking are also right down the road. Flooded with natural light, the open living and dining flow feel current and very Hampton like. The kitchen is the perfect place to prep for evening barbecues on the deck or to peek at guests relaxing by the pool. There are 3 bedrooms including the master suite which offers a double heightceiling, and a beautiful marble master bath. The den/media room is off of the living room and can function as a 4th bedroom option for the weekend -- it has a full bathroom off of it -- when you may have extra guests. The grounds are mature and the heated pool gets plenty of sun. Dates flexible/open to discussion!

I can’t say enough about the landlord and her kindness and communication. Her home is lovely, well acquainted and clean. The furnishings and backyard are beautiful and town is only a few minute drive away. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
