Getting Around:

Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in the beautiful Lower Garden District while still close to most major sites. We are a 12-15 minute walk from the St Charles at Jackson streetcar stop and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 10-minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES



–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!

–The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule.

–The spa is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and spa maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment.

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

    I have rented a lot of houses over the years and this is probably the most comfortable rental I've ever been in. Bedrooms are incredibly comfortable and bathrooms are well-provisioned. Didn't cook but the kitchen was super spacious. Best part was probably the family room / TV area which can comfortably sit like 8 people minimum. Pool/hot tub are great too. House is not in the total middle of the action which was a plus for us - some nice breweries nearby, easy walk up to Magazine which is great.
