This home was clean and welcoming.

Beautiful space, well-equipped, and perfect for our girls weekend.

Property is new and spacious. Clean and stocked with all basic supplies. Although not within walking distance of shops/restaurants, it was a short drive to the square.The only real downside was that the AC unit had a child lock at 71 degrees. Coupled with a distinct lack of ceiling fans, makes a rough night for those of us that sleep a little colder.

Beautiful property! All items in the house were very accommodating. The communication with the rental owner was excellent as well, differently there in case I needed anything!

Stayed in August for Grand Kids last hooray before going back to school. The Home is very comfortable and the master is on the bottom floor and the other rooms on the top floor. It was a good location as we were able to get to everything in a relatively short amount of time. Schliterbahn, Gruene and Animal world were very accessible from this location.The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook and the bedrooms where very comfortable.My only minor disappointment was the basketball game that was depicted in the pictures was no longer available, which I had hoped to play some family tournments on.However, it did not detract from my grandkids having fun upstairs playing. I would stay there again if we do another trip to New Braunfels.Happy Adventures everyone.

My stay was not good, between the a/c unit not working properly, hearing traffic at all hours then the internet going down, we didn’t stay our third night! After contacting the customer service numerous times which became on the first night, nothing was resolved, therefore with the a/c being frozen & not working, we wouldn’t get any or much sleep, we didn’t stay our last scheduled night! I don’t recommend!

The house is very nice and spacious but it was not clean, just walking around the bottom of our feet were black, I don’t think the floors have been mopped. Also spider webs and dust in many places. The cleanliness of the house was the biggest issue. Also the Host was very rude and argumentative on the phone when I told her that the door code was not in the two emails that they sent, she verbally gave the door code then the next day I received the door code in an email. Also I called them on Saturday and held for 15 minutes and no ever answered the phone so I hung up, poor customer service by the Host.

The house was perfect for our large family vacation! 6 adults, 4 kids and 2 babies were very comfortable here. The master closet is perfect for a pack N play (even has a vent). The kids loved having the pop-a-shot and everyone loved the beds (they are Helix mattresses and very comfy). We were very close to Schliterbaun (our main reason for the visit) and downtown. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but appreciated that they had spices and even coffee available. Overall a great stay and we’d definitely stay again!

The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. We loved that they provided a few extra trash bags and other items to get you started for the stay. We spent a day at Schlitterbahn and floated the river the second day. It was close to both places and super convenient to get to Target and HEB. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip

Not accommodating

Our family of six adults thoroughly enjoyed the clean and comfortable home in New Braunfels. It was well stocked and convenient to all the sightseeing in the San Antonio/Austin area. Highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was clean and welcoming. We had enough room for our family and were even able to entertain friends during the football game on Sunday afternoon. The only drawback was no access to parking in garage as there was little parking but we were able To park along the side of the road. Overall we enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it

Beautiful, fun home 10 minutes from Schlitterbahn and Gruene. We had a blast!

Cowabunga is a brand new beautiful home. It was perfect for our group of 10. We were close to all the fun things in New Braunfels and Gruene. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

You can tell the property was just built and it’s beautiful, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including all kitchen tools, towels, and extra bedding, there are so many nice touches that make it feel like a home, the only thing I would recommend to bring is trash bags and a sponge for dishes
