Chic Home with Retro Airstream + Heated Pool

Great house for a family gathering. Spacious rooms throughout the house, an easy walk to the beach, loads of toys and games to keep all ages entertained both indoor and outside around the pool. We would love to come back in the future

Very spacious, clean property. The pool was fantastic and loved having the game room options! It was also so nice to have all the beach equipment available.The host communicated well and very quickly accommodated is when we arrived earlier than expected. We had a relaxing stay and loved the proximity to so many options!

Our stay was perfect! The pool and game room offered great entertaining space for our adult family of 8. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving supplies. All of the appliances worked perfectly as well as did the house AC. The water heater was big enough for 8 people to shower before dinner without anyone getting a cold one. The host provided plenty of paper towels, dish and laundry soap trash bags and toilet paper for our stay. As well, we had plenty of bathing and beach towels for everyone. The beach chairs and umbrellas were also well stocked and in good condition. We walked to Jacksonville beach, restaurant and shops a nice walk, about 15 minutes. Very minor: we couldn’t figure out how to get the video game unit to work, the pics showed 6 pool loungers but there were only 4 and we would’ve liked a full length mirror somewhere upstairs either in the primary suite or somewhere in the hall but that’s literally our only minor disappointments. Highly recommend!

Pool heater was not on, they turned it on when we arrived but water was to cold and took the entire time we where there just to get Luke warm

Host was responsive. The airstream was not livable and a couple things in the home need repairs. The pool was great.

This beautiful home is in a fantastic location and is very well appointed! The game room was terrific, we so enjoyed our family matchups in foosball and ping pong. The weather was fantastic, so we really enjoyed the pool! The property manager was very thorough and communication was stellar! We really enjoyed our time here! We hope to return!! We highly recommend this home for your visit to Jacksonville Beach!!

Amazing property - lots of space - incredible backyard and proximity to everything!

Great little spot. Team was responsive to one small appliance issue. (Only thing you may want to address before next guest is a little mold in the master shower). Would def recommend!

We had plenty of room to spread out, the layout was great, and it was a beautiful location. I am in Jacksonville often, so I hope to stay here again! Thank you for having us.

This home was perfect for a multi-generational family get together. Any questions I had were answered promptly. We had such a great time in the pool and game room. Bedrooms are spacious. The grandmas loved the airstream! The home is convenient to beaches and shopping and restaurants. Would happily stay there again!

We had a great stay at Seabreeze. Quiet neighborhood convenient to the beach and many dining options. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. We really appreciated the supplies on hand like ziploc bags, wrap and detergent- so nice not to have to bring or buy.

Highly recommend this property. It had all the comforts of a home and the amenities of a resort. Fully stocked kitchen, pool towels, bath products, great garage converted into game room and a beautiful pool. Management responded to any questions quickly and even recommended a golf cart rental literally not a si gle thing negative to say. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely return

Our family loved this house! Kids loved the pool and game room. Everyone felt the rooms were big and comfortable. Great location in Jax Beach too!

I don't have enough space to write all the great things about this home but absolutely need to let you know that Heather from welcome home rentals went ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate our every need. She even had a Happy Birthday Sign up and ready for my grandson when he arrived because it was his 9th birthday!!!! This home had everything you needed and not just any type of appliances but good ones if you know what I mean. We had a few issues during out stay but they came our so quickly and took care of them. I wish we could have stayed another week at least but kids had to get back to school up North. I would HIGHLY recommend Welcome Home Rentals and this House for sure when staying with a family of 10!!!!!

This house was perfect for our weekend stay in Jacksonville! We had 8 adults and 5 children (ages 1-4) and the house had plenty of space for all of us. The property was very clean and updated. The game room was so cool and the pool was perfect. There is a park close by we could walk to with the kids and there were lots of restaurants near by. Definitely would recommended!
