Chic Home ~ 2 Mi to TTU w/ Grill & Yard in Lubbock

Pro: super clean, updated, great yard and porch, easy check in, comfortable living room and kitchen, towels and bedding clean and smelled fresh!Cons: minimal instructions about how to work things in the house (i.e. themostat, TV). Conflicting check out instructions from email vs. sign posted in kitchen. Beds were rock hard, water heater very loud and likely about to die. Dishwasher very loud and likely also needs to be replaced soon. Biggest con - TV required a Roku password reset. We had difficulty reaching host and then when we did he stated he was out of town and unable to help us or have any back up support while he was away. Offered no other solutions nor did he follow up the next day to see if the issue was resolved. A simple google search explained the Roku may require password reset and offered simple instructions on how to do this online via the email used to create original account, so this issue would have been easy to resolve even though the host was out of town. We had plans to watch football games on both Sat and Sun, so this was a definite snag in our plans. We found an alternative, but would have appreciated if the host would have taken 5 min to look into a solution and follow up the next day. Disappointing lack of customer service - we’re glad it was just the tv and not power/water, etc as we were without any host support.

I loved my visit. I came to town to visit my son in law school at Tech. Perfect location. Nice neighborhood. Quiet with trees. Plenty of parking with driveway huge plus . Not all near by VRBO have a driveway so only street parking is available. The grill was also an added bonus. Beds are comfortable. More than two people I would bring chairs for the deck. It is big enough but only two chairs. The inside was clean and nicely done. Kitchen had most everything needed. Game drawer even in the kitchen all kinds of games.

Tech Terrace will always be a great stay. This one was nicely updated and fit our needs perfectly. Will definitely stay again.

Great location, close to Tech ! Quiet neighborhood. There are a couple of nice parks nearby. Comfortable and clean. Enjoyed our stay!

The check in process was easy. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

The houses around felt well kept and secure, access to the house was simple, the accommodations from Keurig to pillows was excellent with excellent choices available. All rooms were very clean. Good water pressure in the bathrooms.

My colleague and I had a great stay at this sunny, lovely house. The location was great, the host was responsive, and the house was well appointed. There's a big backyard with a deck and a nice front porch--both great spots to rest, write, work, and hang out. Would definitely stay again!

Home was in a great neighborhood and close to TTU, restaurants and anything you would need. House was nicely decorated and well stocked. Only negative was the cleaning service forgot to empty the washer and dryer with the old linens and the half bathroom wasn't completely cleaned, but the place wasn't dirty. Apart from that the home was clean and well organized. Plenty of supplies if needed along with coffee and creamer. Communication was prompt and check-in was smooth. I would stay here again.

My dad and I stayed for a few days to see my older son’s PhD graduation at Texas Tech. This house was clean and cozy, and my family lives just a few blocks away.

My experience was excellent in this cute little house. My mom and I spent 5 days in this very comfortable house. The kitchen was gorgeous !Check-in and check-out was very easy.

House was absolutely perfect! Host was absolutely fantastic! Will definitely rent again next time we are in town!!

Overall a great stay! House was as expected, there were no issues, and location was great!

We were in Lubbock to move our daughter in for her junior year. The tandem parking was perfect for our trailer and truck full of stuff not to be a target for thieves. Nice backyard with a good fence.

This property is very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in this premium location which is about 4 minute drive to Texas Tech. The street was quiet and relaxing. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at The Panhandle. Property was clean, very easy check-in, communication with host was quick and easy. Great location and close to TTU. This place is going on our favorites list.
