We absolutely loved this home. The bunk room and the separate tv room was great for the children. Very short walk to the playground and the beach. Katy was a great host and was available at anytime via text. We will definitely rent this home again.

We absolutely love this property. It was clean, fully stocked, and utilized all the space in such a functional way. Beautiful and minimal decorations will relax you as you enjoy your morning coffee or late night wine. A separate family room is tucked away from main living space. It has a large, comfy sectional and is perfect for movie night. I appreciated that main living space does not have television and is reserved for visiting, reading, and unwinding. Kitchen has eat in dining which we used for all meals, but if our party would have been bigger, we could have eaten at the dining room table that adjoins the main living room. Kitchen was well organized and fully stocked. Great use of space and I also liked how open it felt since there are not upper cabinets, just open shelving. Two full bathrooms are spacious and fully stocked with towels. Three bedrooms were perfect for our group and my daughters absolutely adored the bunk bed room and all the toys and books that were available to play with. If you are bringing young children, you do not need to pack one single toy or children’s book! Plenty of closet space and dresser drawer space to unpack clothing in all bedrooms. Lots of beach equipment in garage and washer/dryer available if necessary. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home. We enjoyed our trip so much that we are already making plans for our next one!!

The house is lovely, decorated in traditional beach cottage vibe. Property was very clean with lots of towels for the bath and beach. Nice supply of beach chairs and toys. Kitchen was extremely well supplied. Beds were comfortable.

Great house! The kids loved the bunk beds and the huge room , the 2 living areas make it perfect for the kids and adults to have enough space. Very clean and well appointed. Katy was very accommadating and even fulfilled special request for a Keurig coffee maker. The utility room with laundry and storage for all the sports and outdoor equipment was very convenient. The 2 full baths worked out great. We had 4 adults and 3 children ages 4 - 10. GLP is the perfect place, The kids can ride their bikes safely, go fishing, kayaking, swimming, sailing. The Sunday donuts are as awesome as ever. Felt COVID safe. We cooked all meals at home, and found the house fully equiped with everything you need. This location was very convenient, would definitely rent again and recommend to others.

A wonderful home, beautifully appointed in white and blue beachiness. Close to beaches. We had a great time and would stay there again. One suggestion would be to enclose the outdoor shower. But not a deal breaker. Otherwise perfect!
